Within a week I had 5 broken and lifting nails. They clearly made them thin so they had to use less product to save on costs which is a red flag (I didn't ask for this). Called to speak to the manager, was only able to speak to front desk as the manager never spoke to me directly even though reception said she would. Basically told me that because one week had passed (my nails had been done 1 week and 3 days ago, and 2 of those days I couldn't call because they were closed Sunday and holiday Monday) they only honor fixing nails for one week and after that CANT do anything because they "recommend" you get your nails redone every 2 weeks anyways. My nails don't even have growth yet.. why would I need a new set after a week and 3 days? The only resolution to their poor nail application/service was for me to come in and get a fully new set of nails and they would charge me the price of a fill. But they would not repair my nails or offer anything else. If you want your nails done properly, salons who stand by their work, and actual customer service, go elsewhere. Very poor business practice, customer retention and customer service in a time where nail salons are so saturated.

I came on a Friday to get a pedicure with shellac, I was charged $55 and paid in cash. Half of my pedicure peeled off in the next few hours. I came back the next day to get it redone and asked to pay the difference to have acrylic toes done instead as I was extremely disappointed with the shellac. Instead of understanding my frustration and trying to resolve the issue the lady at the front desk started getting extremely frustrated and told me it would be an additional $100. I explained to her that instead of getting the shellac pedicure redone I just wanted to pay the difference for the acrylics and she kept using a rude tone of voice so much so that I had to ask her to keep her composure. She was grunting and rolling her eyes constantly. She was extremely distasteful and should not be working at any establishment ever. She told me someone would be coming to do the acrylics for me using the rudest customer service tone I have ever heard. Sammy who ended up doing my toes was amazing! She was friendly and we had a great conversation. When I was leaving I was to pay the $20 difference and I paid with card. My total showed up at $22.60 on the machine but when I left I noticed a surcharge of 54 cents that was charged and Brenda at the front desk had not notified me that I would need to pay a surcharge for using a credit card. A credit card surcharge which a customer is not notified of is illegal in Canada. The website also shows that an acrylic pedicure is $50+ yet I was told it would be $80. I understand length and shellac are all surcharges but the jump from $50 to $80 makes zero sense. The prices are misleading. Once again, the lady at the front desk is awful. Do not go to this salon if you want good service. The nail ladies working there are all kind and polite except for the extremely rude lady Brenda at the front desk. Do not recommend. Edit: after posting this review the salon has blocked me on their instagram out of fear that customers will see my 100% honest review. Please note that my review is honest and truthful and do not waste your time and money at this establishment. I would like to see Brenda let go as she is ruining what could otherwise be a good business.

If you come here, you do not have to worry about who will be doing your nails. Just know that it will turn out great. I spoke to the owner (Lena) and she confirmed that she personally screens each of her nail ladies and tests them on their ability. This truly shows! But today I called right at open for an appointment for a refill and shellac pedi and they were able to take me right away. When you walk in you're greeted right away, so welcoming. Tons of colors available to choose from. I appreciated Susan wasn't super pushy on upgrading, but for it being my first time I wish I would have been able to see the possible upgrades. But will check it out next time. My techs attention to detail for shaping and cleaning was superb. All my nails were even, not too thick, and color was put on clean. I appreciate that! It took two hours to get done and the lady that took care of me was so very kind and very considerate on my nails to make sure no damage was done. They look fantastic. They feel so lighter. I had no appointment. I just walked in and asked to have my nails removed and we went from there amazing service if you live in this area, you need to go to this location because they treat you like a human being. They care about your nails and they want you to leave happy I am very happy. I reside outside of Napanee area and I don't think I will ever put the powder or the gel on my nails again just the shellac. Thank you for such an amazing service.
