Noble Nails left my nails and Everest's like this after we asked them before they started painting…read moreour nails about the complaints we were having, they cut our nails too short and we're over charging us. They were going to charge Everest $60+ for a non shellac set and they were going to charge me $55 for mine when their prices on their board says they charge $35. They began to yell at us when we confronted them at the end about how we were not going to pay because they did not do what we asked for. So, they said if they weren't going to pay they were going to remove our nails, which we didn't mind. But they came over to us with nail clippers and began clipping the acrylics off and they were hurting us as well in the process of the "removal." Prior to this incident another set of people complained about how they did not get what they asked for and how the staff made fun of the pairs feet. The experience was beyond unprofessional. I went to a new person in town on Wednesday she fixed me up and got my lashes looking 100x better and her service was extraordinary. I did leave a vm with design team because she wasn't available telling them I'm upset and I have yet to get a call back from dahlia. I doubt I do . I'm sure she doesn't care to make it right.
