I have been going here for a few months, is costly, well let me say, I have the same thing done, dipped, the price varies every time I go there. Yesterday wanted to see the price list they have, the man was very rude, told me to sit down, could not look at it unless was getting a pedi. I did not want nails dipped yesterday, but that is what she did! They are not what I wanted at all, a teenager could have done a better job. The place is filthy, instead of the guy sitting in the chair, he could be cleaning whatever. Yesterday the price was $60.00, when first started it was $35.00, sometimes, is 45.00, 50.00, I guess they just say what they feel like, no set price. I will not be going back here again. I had been looking for a nail place around here for a couple days. I was very hesitant about going here because none of the reviews were positive. I wanted to still try it. I walked in and was immediately taken care of. I loved it there. The lady that took care of me was very friendly and did an amazing job! My husband took me here 11/30/2019 because he knows getting my nails done is a stress relief for me. Well that was a bad thing. I had a guy who kept hitting my skin with the drill to file my nails. He then did not do what I wanted. He cut my nails as short as my normal nails. Like really if I wanted short nails I would have never spent 40 bucks on shit nails. My fingers are so sore I cant really move them. My cuticles are all scabbed over my nails are all uneven. I was quoted 25 for the nails I ended up paying over 40 for them. They look like shit. I wish I could get my money back. They dont live up to there name at all. read more

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE!! they use cheap materials I had 2 of my Acrilyc nails break off within 2 days of getting them done! The nail technician was also rude and did a poor job..my white tips were all crooked and jagged. All that was offered to me was $5 off my full set. The guy was very nice he was very helpful he charged little to fix and repaint my nails. I got them done at Noble nails and he was willing to fix them even though I didn't get them done at his salon I am very impressed with this work I would come here From now on to get my nails and I would encourage you guys to come here instead of noble nails. PLEASE BEWARE: NEVER COME HERE!!! This establishment is the worst nail service I have ever received in any state or city. The name is a joke. The women was rude and would get upset at my requests. I asked for the cost and was told $35. They do not have their prices posted anywhere. I then asked if she could make it shorter (half the size) and rounded off so they wouldn't break since they were so long. Well she starts complaining in another language to her coworker and just clips them as short as they could get ... the size of my regular nails. I wouldn't have gotten a set if I knew she would cut them that short! Then she couldn't even round them off because they were beyond short. I have super glue and some other nail product stuck on my fingers and she refused to correct what I asked. When all was done, I just wanted to pay and leave. She kept making annoyed faces and speaking a foreign language so I wouldn't understand her. The experience was just aweful. When it came time to pay she came up with some ridiculous price of $45. That's the cost she quoted me if it included a manicure, which it did not. I wouldn't have agreed to be serviced for that price.Please go down anywhere else but here. Better service and quality for half the price. When she finally did charge me she rang it up st $47!!! Liars and bad bad service!!! DO NOT VISIT QUALITY NAILS BIG WASTE OF MONEY AND NOT SANITARY AT ALL. UNDERSTAFFED. I did make a report to the HEALTH DEPT after seeing their tools were not being sanitized after each use. No license available and no grade sign in the establishment. Three of us went in for a Mani/ Pedi to attend a wedding. Staff very hard to understand and very RUDE and PUSHY. After waiting for over 30 mins it took them a record time of 5 mins to do a $30.00 pedicure I could have done what they did on my own. The pumice thing they scrub your feet was disgusting I had to ask them to replace it. It was now my daughter's and her friend turn for their $30.00 pedicure which took the 4 mins on each girl. My daughter and her friend noticed that the owner never even removed the OLD POLISH from their toes they both mentioned it to owner who apparently didn't care or understand. They tried to scrub with same pumice stone that they just tried to use on me GROSS i then had to ask them to use a different as it was not sanitary. After that the owner/lady proceded to paint over old polish. Cuticles were a mess and nails were never filed or trimmed properly. Then we move onto manicure no trimming or filing of the nails at just a polish. Whole process of mani/pedi took a grand total of at max 12 mins and that included switching chairs twice. Now we are getting ready to pay bill was 150.00 I was like no I am not paying this much. Poor customer service. When I told owner I was not happy with services and I wasn't going to pay he said I will call the police. He informed me he would redo all nails I told him we already spent 1 hour and 30 mins and we didn't choose at that moment to have any other services done by Quality nails. Owner was very rude and wouldn't let us leave so I decided to pay with a CC and later dispute charges since owner wasn't going to issue a refund. read more

If you want a good nail job done then don't bother with this place. Nails were crooked paint job was messy I had my cuticles cut six different times. Work very fast and didn't seem to care how they were doing the quality of the nails. Paid full price for a crappy job!! read more

This is a terrible nail place. The entire room reeked of fumes. I pointed to the $30 pedicure price in their menu. No real prices posted. After waiting there for probably 45 minutes, the guy doing my nails spilt water all over the floor- boots and purse got soaked. He then picked up my purse and threw it on the chair beside me and kept saying "tisk tisk" to me like it was MY fault! No, he was just stupid and over filled it. I was then charged $50 for this!!! For just a freaking pedicure. The lady checking me out was extremely rude. My friends pedicure was terrible as well. They completely missed spots on her nail.
