The owner kept pressing me, and at one point, she and the other worker were talking in Vietnamese saying it is acrylic. After all that, they started filing and soaking my nails, but they cut my cuticles several times and didn't even get all the old dip off. Now my nails are lumpy, and I had to fix the shape when I got home. They wasted my time with the amount of arguing with me and examining my nails they did. I should not have to reshape my nails when I get home after spending $55 for a service that took almost two hours. I won't be going back. I do not recommend this salon

Soo, I thought this was a little strange asking me to give someone else my business, but I thought maybe she just doesn't like doing pedicures.... Ok, that's fine. It definitely has the feel of a used car place, with all the upselling. First, the pedicure & then the acrylics.... I need this & I really need that added on, & on & on.... And if I say no, she acts annoyed. Well, she insisted I get a full new set of acrylic nails (of course which costs more money). And then it would be an extra fee to remove the ones I currently have. She said that my older acrylic was lifting, which I was completely unable to see. I told her not today on the full set, maybe next time, to which she told me that she did not want to do my nails next time if I didn't get a full set. I have always looked forward to my mani/pedi days, but the times I've been to Bedazzled have been so stressful, I just can't wait to get out of there. Well, no worries Thy, you got what you asked for.... I'm more than happy not to come back to your salon. Ann did my manicure and I will say this is close to one of the best manicures I've had. She was very kind and fun to talk to and my nails came out great! The owner was also very attentive and on top of things. They also had you pay before the nail polish which I really appreciated because it's always the worst trying not to ruin your manicure getting a card. Overall, 10/10 experience for what you pay. Everything is so clean. I always get gel-X extensions and i've always been very happy with them. I am not good at giving myself self-care. This is the one thing I can convince myself.
