I was puzzled by her remarks because she had personally accepted my reservation 2 weeks prior. At that time I had not requested any particular service provider. I arrived on time for my appointment and again, made no request for any particular service provider. Curiously, the owner scolded me for not making a specific request. I have never been discourteous or demanding of any staff and was disappointed by the embarrassment I felt at being spoken to by the owner in full view of all other customers. I will not return to this establishment.
