Service: (5/5) all the girls were wonderful, friendly, and attentive. They listened to our sensitivities and requests. One of the girls actually spoke my grandmother's native language! She was thrilled to have her as a technician and it made her more comfortable. Product: (2/5) unfortunately, our pedicures and manicures didn't last very long. My mom's mani cracked within TWO HOURS of our service (we called and they were wonderful about fixing it ASAP). And my pedicure and my grandmother's mani chipped a few days after.
