My stylist, Ashley, was very nice. Super friendly, conversational and pleasant. Great customer service. She consistently asked me if I was okay, if I needed anything and made sure I was satisfied before leaving her chair. Very light hands. I'm used to a more aggressive blowout and liberal cut, but she cut more where I asked her to.
