An older…read morelady filed the old acrylic off and she wasn't paying attention and almost filed a hole through to my nail bed. After, a different lady ended up doing the rest of the service and did an awful job filing as well. My nails are not straight, point in several different directions, are all different lengths, and my cuticles are bloody and raw. When I (politely!) asked if there was a possibility of a discount for the damaged nail at the end of the appointment, I was told to talk to who I believe was the owner or supervisor, I showed her the picture of the nail I was referring to (just solid color, stiletto shaped-- nothing fancy!) and she showed it to another customer who rudely and unwelcomly decided to comment on the situation. I walked out with no discount or offer to at least fix the horrendous nail job they provided. Highly do not recommend their services and they are rushed and unprofessional.

It was my first time there and I told my tech I had a hair appointment in an hour and I had to call the hair place to push back my appointment twice because it took so long. Just a million little steps that weren't necessary and the manicure itself only lasted two days. 8 nails completely cracked by the time I returned to get them fixed and everyone did the whole "I can't believe it" and "This never happens". But the owner was doing her own nails with poly gel the first time I went in and were in perfect condition 5 days later unlike mine. And then they told me all about how they did show nails before and how crappy quality it is...all while I'm there having the worst manicure of my life take three hours to fix. Three hours I probably would have avoided if it wasn't so insanely expensive in the first place. They told me all about the special paint and polishing techniques and how they used the best but I was there having my time wasted specifically because of those techniques and not one person apologized. Not that I needed one but it was weird being treated like I did something wrong. They said it was the lotion I used dried out my nails.. Just all very strange really, a very weird experience. Its a shame because the girls were so nice. I think if they worked faster and used different polish then she'd get a lot more business. Or maybe the polish is just so expensive that she has to skimp on the paint job, I don't know. But she's not in the right neighborhood for her current style of doing business. I explained that to them when I made the appointment and told them I will pay more for the extra work since she hasn't had hers done in a long time. When I arrived I was told they could not take us together , but we would have to go one at a time. I didn't want my 92 year old mom to have to wait for me, so I gave up my appointment and had hers done. This was a TERRIBLE experience! They did an awful job. It looks like she needs a pedicure! The whole time the pedicurists were rushing around as if they were in a hurry. All in all a totally unpleasant experience for something I wanted to treat my dear mother to. Shame on them! I chose them for their good reviews, so I wanted to add my own experience. I will post more photos after I finish these myself ! It was actually serendipity that I was 7 minutes late and opted not to get my own done. Has I seen my mom's before we left, I would not have paid.
