Will never go back. Mu daughter got a full set last week and came to get fill in and get American tips and it cost $60!!!! For a fill in and ONE nail repair. Plus she hurt 2 of her fingers from grinding her skin around the nail. If I could give a 0 I would! read more

I've been many times. I've gotten quite a few pedicures here, and I've also gotten a full set. The place has a very strong chemical smell. That doesn't bug me too much, but I know it bugs some people. My pedicures turned out half good and half bad. It really depended on who was doing my pedicure. My full set turned out good. The place can get really packed, but they are good about getting you in and out as quickly as possible. read more

I've been to this salon 3 times, always on a Sunday because my usual places are closed. I always leave pissed off about my nails and finally I will not return. I refuse to pay for SNS here because they break within a few days, so this past Sunday I ran in to get gel. The lady who did my nails did not to speak to me not once. She pulled my fingers and was rude in every which way. She acted as if I was an inconvenience to her. The only positive thing I can say about this place is about the lady who works the front desk. She was so sweet throughout the whole process. I hope she goes somewhere where her kindness can be seen. read more

I got a pedicure and new set of pink and whites today. I haven't had a pedicure for a few months so my feet were in bad shape. My feet are so smooth they're almost too sensitive! Love a good pedi! My nails also came out really well. I have two gripes. #1. is at least one finger is cut each time I go by a nail file, but that happens in any shop. and #2. I hate when people are speaking in another language while your sitting in their chair. It's rude. I did say something to the girl and she apologized nicely. I tip well and they all know it. When you're working on a customer, you pay attention to them. I did this job for 12 years. The work is hard and if you do the job well, a customer should tip accordingly. I'll definitely go back because they are good and usually attentive. read more

No attention to detail. Poor quality. Unsanitary. This is what my nails look like right after they finished. I had to request a base coat which she only applied to the remaining 9 nails she had not put paint on yet. I had to request touch ups from the polish all over my fingers. She messed up my right middle finger and had to start over so she used remover to barely remove the polish and with out the remover drying began to apply the color again. That nail in less than 24hrs has a chip in it. The nails were not filed properly and are straggly and all slightly different shapes. The top coat was not applied evenly. She painted on my cuticles and didnt push the cuticles back and cut them off properly. And she was shaving down another clients nails when I went to wash off my hands. With out washing her hands she came back to work on me with noticable dust all over her hands from her other client. read more

Went in for a pedicure and an acrylic fill. Pedicure was rushed so that the tech can go to another customer, toe polish was horribly done and had to be redone by another tech. After I complained I could hear said tech bad mouthing me to the other client. Now to the nails. I was charged $47.00 for service that should have cost me $30.00. I had a fill that should have been $15.00 and gel polish that should have been $15.00. Instead I was charged for that as well as $5.00 for long nails,when my nails are short, and $5.00 to remove the gel polish. When I went in for service I had no broken nails at all but was also charged $7.00 for nail repair. This is absolutely rediculous. I was nickle and dimed to death in that place. I have been going to this shop for years and have no problem with paying for service but after my experience there yesterday I am very skeptical about going back. read more

By far the worst place I've been to for nail service. I paid $30 for a 5 minute pedicure, not to mention the ladies that were doing me and my sisters feet was rude. We picked a color & she told us we could not have the same color & got very rude. Then to pay for shellac only for it to be all chipped the next day from bathing. Got my nails done here yesterday. Lady that did mine rushed both my pedi and mani. She was overly rough on my nails and feet, making 2 of my nails to bleed and didn't even apologize. She just put some sort of acetone on it to stop the bleeding. My nails look like an elementary school student did them- cuticles messy, excess on the sides not wiped, polish not even, file dust in my nail. She kept digging her nails in my fingers and yelled at me when I moved my hand. Woman kept hounding me to get the most expensive pedi along with a full set with dip, and eyebrows done as well as a new color since she believed my chosen color was "not pretty". read more

The nail studio was dirty , they had fruit flys everywhere, I asked for SNS nails and they did not last a week. I called back to tell them about my nails cracking and the women on phone was so rude to me then she hung up on me. I do not recommend going to this shop. read more

i went there with my friend for us to get a full set and a pedi hers came out great but the lady who did mine was the worst my toes look like garbage I was sitting in cold water for 20 min before she came over to finally do my toes then things didnt even get better when she moved to do my full set the gel polish looks like complete trash it's not smooth at all has bubbles and missing areas with polish just looks lumpy at first I wanted a French tip and as I was trying to explain how I wanted it the lady kept giving me major attitude when I was explaining saying how she has to shape them still and even when she shaped them I still said it wasn't what I wanted and I was finally able to explain further saying exactly how I wanted them and then she caught an attitude trying to tell me that I would have to redo the entire acrylic when all she needed was a certain polish it got to the point where I said just paint the whole nail and opted out of the French because at this point I was just done when I got out to my car that's when I could see everything yes I'm very particular about my nails and how they look but what lady isn't when you're paying over 200$ for you and your friend to get them done needless to saying tomorrow I'm going somewhere else and just redoing everything I will never step foot there ever again I should've read the reviews before going in like I normally do but for some strange reason this time I didn't if you want something in particular do not I repeat DO NOT go here the pictures don't point out everything but boy if you could see them in person read more

Absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!!!! Over priced and half ass job. It looked like my toes were painted by a toddler. Also, my pedicure lasted maybe 15 minutes because the girl was rushing to get other customers in the chair. Don't ever get dip here! I got a dip manicure and it was done completely wrong and there were lines and smudges in my polish. I complained to the manager as soon as my service was done and was told no refunds and they were too busy to fix it that day. I will never spend a penny here again. read more

I've been here several times and always had a good experience. Everyone is nice. I brought my two daughters with me today. My 11yr old had never had a pro pedi before and they were very accommodating and gentle with her. Their hours are convenient. I was off today on July 4th and they were open for most of the day. I went to get fake nails put on, and after a month or so they all started falling off, all except my pinky nail. one of the men working there had put too much glue on my nail and when i jammed my finger into a door on accident, my pinky finger fake nail fell off along with half of my real nail. read more

When walking into the salon, I expected this experience to be a good one because the place looked well-staffed and the employees seemed polite and courteous. While picking out my polish color, I was bombarded with suggestions and passive aggressive comments on how I should use gel color even though I really only wanted to pay lacquer price. The nail tech brought a pallet of nail colors to me to choose from and when I chose one she grabbed from their gel selection, even though I repeatedly said I wanted lacquer. After applying the acrylic set and shaping my nails, the lady once again criticized my desire to use lacquer so I finally gave in and went with the gel, which costs a whole $9 more. While shaping my nail, the nail tech damaged my cuticle, making it bleed, and when she applied the alcohol as part of the gel polish procedure it burned terribly. When I told her she'd damaged my cuticle and that the alcohol hurt my finger, she half-heartedly apologized as if it was my fault for my nail getting damaged. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. This was supposed to be relaxing but instead it was stressful. Never again. read more
