I was able to get a walk in appointment on a Saturday! Pedi & new acrylic set. The staff is extremely friendly and the salon is very clean. They don't pressure you into "upgrades" unlike most nail salons I've been to. Great work! I'll be back

Peaceful and positive environment that is visibly clean and sanitary. The manicurists seem to truly enjoy their work and have wonderful attitudes. The team gets along and they don't talk negatively about their customers. Instead, they involve customers and other manicurists into group conversations which makes it feel like a community. They have spared no expense when it comes to their product line. My nails do not come off or chip at all and my natural nail is healthy. This can make the services slightly more expensive than your standard nail salon but the membership balances the price and truly pays for itself. The pedicure chairs are not the standard massage chairs that you see at other salons but personally I prefer these. There was so much attention to detail when putting this place together. There are wireless chargers built in at manicure and pedicure stations and the wall art is catered to Dothan. They always offer beverages, the bathrooms are very clean, and the app is the best! Alabama Nail Company is refreshing and just what Dothan needed. Pics of some of my past nail designs

A group of us came in for manicures before an event. None of us really loved our nails though. I had to ask for mine to be shortened three times and they're still too long (they're not accustomed to military I think). One of the other girls had to ask for hers to be filled in at the bottom of the gel X because they didn't reach her cuticle. Be prepared to have students/trainees working on your nails. Overall the price wasn't terrible but I would have liked to pay a little less for the quality I got.

I arrived at around 11:30am on a Saturday and was greeted and seated right away. Ryan, the nail tech, got to work on my desperate nails and stepped away for a second to get more colors for me to look at. He was very quick and efficient with my full set and even though we didn't make any conversation, he was very nice. The spa is clean and maintained, well-lit. It was $45 for a gel full set with coffin shape, well worth it to me. I told Ryan that I would be back after I saw some of the designs he had done on some nails at his station. Also, he took the time to clean up and file down the acrylic that tends to gather under the nails, which not a lot of nail tech's do unless you ask. Definitely coming back!

Odd, but maybe a new technique. immediately after, she dried my feet then was about to polish my toes.I asked if she was going do take care of my cuticles, she said I didn't need them done? Wait, what? She had never buffed my toenails, the tips look like they are jagged. I stopped her at that point. She was not going to finish the job as was expected, she was only going to paint over toenails that were not prepped. The owner/manager, was no help. Complete disregard of client. I tried to keep a low voice bc I didn't want to cause a scene, she was loud asking "no polish"? And I was like no just let me out of here. The manager charged me full price which was ridiculous, but I paid it bc they had the other clients staring. Never again. The entire experience was HORRIBLE and at the end embarrassing.
