I was skeptic going into a nail spa that I hadn't been to before, but this one stuck out to me amongst the other nail spa's that I viewed on yelp. I arrived at around 11:30am on a Saturday and was greeted and seated right away. Ryan, the nail tech, got to work on my desperate nails and stepped away for a second to get more colors for me to look at. He was very quick and efficient with my full set and even though we didn't make any conversation, he was very nice. The spa is clean and maintained, well-lit. It was $45 for a gel full set with coffin shape, well worth it to me. I told Ryan that I would be back after I saw some of the designs he had done on some nails at his station. Also, he took the time to clean up and file down the acrylic that tends to gather under the nails, which not a lot of nail tech's do unless you ask. Definitely coming back! read more

The worst. I ventured out from my usual Color My Nails with a friend to catch up. Never again. The "tech" put what I assume is cuticle lotion on my toes then placed them back in the water. Odd, but maybe a new technique. immediately after, she dried my feet then was about to polish my toes.I asked if she was going do take care of my cuticles, she said I didn't need them done? Wait, what? She had never buffed my toenails, the tips look like they are jagged. I stopped her at that point. She was not going to finish the job as was expected, she was only going to paint over toenails that were not prepped. The owner/manager, was no help. Complete disregard of client. I tried to keep a low voice bc I didn't want to cause a scene, she was loud asking "no polish"? And I was like no just let me out of here. The manager charged me full price which was ridiculous, but I paid it bc they had the other clients staring. Never again. The entire experience was HORRIBLE and at the end embarrassing. read more

Give it a try!! So we almost didn't come to this place based on the reviews. The reviews were dated so we have it a chance because our kids were in a movie close by. I can't speak to gel but they have a dip which my wife likes. So here's my white male review. Fwiw The wait time was short. The pedicure I received was great. They also had an option for an additional foot massage and I opted for the 30 minute massage that surprisingly included a great calf massage. The place is clean and the staff was very courteous and I made sure I looked around to see if anyone else had a different experience. Everyone was having a peaceful time and I recommend this place. As my history shows it is hard for me to rate anywhere with 5 stars. This place based on my wife and I deserves 5 stars. We did inquire and the ownership appears to have changed since 1 year ago. Came in for an eyebrow wax... huge mistake. I left with one and a half eyebrows... seriously! They're lady spend 10 mins saying "same" when I showed her the remnants of my once-decent brows. Maybe it's a language barrier (she definitely had no clue what I was saying... I had to mime what services I wanted. At no point do I remember miming "just make my eyebrows look like the famous scared guy painting") It looks so bad, I can't even look in the mirror take myself seriously right now. read more

I wish you could truly see how uneven and lumpy my nails are. The white coat he put under the green is exposed. My nails were not shaped even, they're higher on one side than the other. Every time he would speak to me, I would ask "what did you say" and he'd just say "okay" and keep doing what he wanted. He also kept answering his FaceTime/phone calls. Can I give a zero??? Absolute worst pedi I've ever had. Lady was so distracted by her cell phone she couldn't wait to get me out the door. The water was cold - even when I asked for it to be warmer. My nails were barely trimmed. She didn't put a bottom or top coat on the color. She grunted when I was done and pointed me to the drying chair. Then she wanted payment immediately. When I didn't tip her she said something very rude to others working there. She didn't talk to me or check on me again. The worst customer service and pedi ever. It lasted a week. This has to be the absolute worst place for a pedicure that I have ever been to. It started out when we walked in and I obviously interrupted the girls nap. From that point on I seem like nothing but an inconvenience to her. She was very rude and snappy when I told her the water was freezing. She was very rough when trimming and filing my toe nails. She cut all my nails so crooked, they look terrible. When it came time to put the hot towel on it was so hot it burned my legs. This had to be hands down the fastest pedicure I've ever had. We were in and out of there in less than 25 minutes. Less than 24 hours later all the polish is peeling off of my toes. I initially read the reviews and dismissed them and thought I would give them a shot. I will never do that again. Have you ever seen the Leslie Nielsen spoof movies? The pedicure was basically a spoof of an actual pedicure. I was just dumbfounded. My first visit and I will NEVER go back. The male tech literally bumped the end of each of my toes with a file for a total of about two seconds. The cuticle clippers touched each foot maybe twice. No exaggeration. The gel paint surprisingly looks decent on the pedi. The fill in was decent on my finger nails. The tech hurt me a couple times with the grinding tool. Burned my nail and hit my skin with the tool. He was so blasé with the paint, I don't know why it even looks decent. Oh how this experience was horrible... let me count the ways: 1. The pedi bin had a film all over. 2. The heel scrubber had built up grime all over its handle. It was disgusting. 3. Nothing appeared sterilized. 4. Pedi was awful. 5. Mani was not great and nails are crooked. 6. No soap in bathroom. 7. Nail tech had a horrible cough. 8. Plexiglass barrier didn't appear to ever have been cleaned. 9. I watched to see how the tech cleaned the pedi basin. He used my dirty towels to wipe it out. 10. They are a joke...my gel manicure & fill chipped within two hours & I returned the next day to get that nail fixed. The guy that tried to redo the nail half assed it & screwed it up worse. I had a nail fill in and a pedicure last weekend. This is a very clean nail spa. The wait time was 1.5 hours, and I was told someone would get to me soon. The person that did my pedicure was very rough and it was not relaxing. I then waited 45 min to an hour for a fill in. The person who painted my nails either didn't paint the full nail (left some exposed) or over painted and got the polish on my finger. I was not impressed. read more

Went here a while back solely for acrylic removal with my friend and not only was the nail tech incredibly rude, including yelling at me for not having a color picked out, but he also cut my nail bed badly, to the point where I was unable to get new acrylics until this week. My friend was in tears because of how painfully her tech removed her nails. Not only that, but I didn't want to do a manicure in the first place, but the tech was so pushy and rude that I finally just said yes. Then after being cut and yelled at, he demanded I pay him 35$ for everything before he would paint my nails. At this point I just told him I wasn't getting them painted. My friend got hers painted and had the exact same removal etc. and was charged 25$ after the service was complete. So. Make that one make sense. I posted a Google review immediately after and it was deleted. Don't know how that happened. Save yourself the time, money, and pain. Go literally anywhere else. read more

Great place for a quick pedi! I was in and out in 30 min- had a pedicure and polish. The place was clean, staff was friendly.

I went to this place and it took forever to get someone to do my nails. After I finally got a seat, the nail tech cut off all my nails and in the process cut me. After that, he got up and left for like 10 min and then finally came back to do my nails. If I were you I would def not to to this place. read more

My girls and I have always went here for pedicures. But no more. The girl that I had understood nothing I said. After she "scrubbed " my feet I asked her to do it again because she BARELY touched my feet with the thing she was supposed to use to scrub away the dry/dead skin. I recently moved to Dothan from a large city and thought I would give this establishment a try. The salon is fresh and inviting, and they were able to accommodate me as a 'walk in'. I asked for a pedicure and was immediately sent to a spa chair. The water was warm at best and the technician kept trying to sell me a manicure that I did not want. My service was repeatedly interrupted by calls, walk-ins, and she even left to go do brows on another client. I felt like I was an inconvenience, rather than a client getting a relaxing spa treatment. I know she was not happy that I only got the basic treatment as she also kept trying to up sell to the higher cost treatment and to add gel on my toenails. I did like the hot stone massage and the polish has lasted, but I WILL NOT be back. Terrible customer service and $$$$ are their bottom line... don't waste your money here. read more

Showed up at around 6:30 even called before I went in, and the guy came to me at 6:50 sayin "we about to close come back tomorrow" the lady had already said I could be seen I wanted a full set of Gel nails. So I told him that the lady (might have been his wife because there were kids in later that was his) but he sits me down didn't say pick a color or anything I had to ask. He the started filing my nails. 2 seconds on each nails mind you I sat down at like 7. They close at 7. That's what he kept telling me "next time come earlier we close at 7" "we closed at 7" "we are closing" like I get that. But she has told me I can sit down. So he preps my nails, no cuticle pushing. Barely foled my nails then he put on tips. Didn't size them put glue on and sat the nail on my nail, no pressure at all, then he doesn't file that down, he starts to cut them and I notice one is crooked. I tell him and he says it is MY FINGER I get my nails done regularly and my fingers have never been too crooked for anyone else. This was so unprofessional. He starts to apply acrylic, and ONE LAYER that's it. One bead. One layer. That's it. Nothing else. He barely files and then tells me to rinse my hands. Then starts to paint. Which was not bad but I got out of there at 7:26. It took him only 20 minutes. I get being ready to go home but he then ups the charge 5$. This place is very unprofessional and he is very rude. Will never go back. He rushed everything and didn't even try to fix anything when I asked him to. Very unhappy with this visit. My nails started to smchip the next day, and they are so thing it's unreal. Every one of my nails have chipped I had to remove them. The paint was coming off and I'm just astonished at how horrible they were. And I also left with acrylic and paint all on my fingers. And glue on my hand. read more

I recently moved to Dothan and this was my first nail salon I tried out. I liked it up until yesterday. I was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait and it was about 30 and they took people that got there after me. I didn't fuss about that, however. Anyway, I get a full set of acrylics and he picked at my cuticles so much that they didn't stop bleeding until a few hours after I got home. I got no apology or discount for that which would have been okay had my nails come out how I wanted them to. I walk outside and see that the clear coat they put on (I got gel nails) had turned it a navy color. I went back in because I had paid a lot of these nails and I wasn't crazy about them, and he was rude and not sympathetic or apologetic whatsoever. OH! and on top of this, he got 6 phone calls that he answered which delayed my experience to about 2 hours. And at times he dismay nails while on the phone with one hand. No wonder they came out bad.... I will not be returning and neither will my mom. I will no longer recommend this place because of their insensitivity to their customers. read more
