I believe that Mary knows her stuff and is a very smart lady, but I had a terrible experience with this office. What should have been a very simple case turned into many months. Every time I thought everything was complete I'd get another notice "we forgot to have you sign this"...or "this other form has to be filled out" and then several more weeks would go by. Even spelling my name wrong on a form meant another lengthy delay to get it corrected. I wasn't notified my divorce was final until a month later--by that time it was too late for my ex to apply for medical insurance under COBRA and was left uninsured. There were serious problems with billing and the receptionist was very cold...almost rude. Although it was not a positive experience, I have to give credit where it is due: if I were in a courtroom and needed an attorney, I would want Mary on my side. read more
