I recently purchased a newer BMW X5M, and the previous owner had already installed full PPF on the vehicle -- except for the front windshield. Of course, that's exactly where I ended up with a small chip. It was so minor that multiple glass companies told me there was nothing they could do to repair it. Rather than wait for a bigger issue, I decided to protect the windshield with protective PPF. From the first conversation, the team at Shine Pro EHT was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through the product, explain the installation process, and answer every question I had. When my schedule shifted due to the recent snowstorm, they were flexible and worked with me to reschedule without any hassle. The workmanship is excellent, and you can tell they use high-quality materials. They even offered to install PPF on the iDrive touch screen -- attention to detail like that really stands out. I also told him I had purchased a new vehicle and was interested in having PPF and tint installed on that car as well. He asked me to call the shop the following week. I did exactly that. I called twice and left messages specifically for Isaac, but never received a return call. On my third call, I was again told that he was unavailable. When I asked why my previous messages had not been returned, I received no explanation and no indication that anyone cared to address the issue. What disappoints me most is not the lack of service on the PPF issue--it's the complete lack of communication. As a returning customer looking to spend more money with the business, I expected the courtesy of a simple phone call back. Instead, my messages were ignored. I genuinely want independent businesses to succeed, but customer service matters. In this case, the experience left me feeling that existing customers were not valued. Unfortunately, based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend Shine Pro.

Finally another worked yelled at him & he pulled my truck out tooted the horn and walked away, still on the phone. I pointed to the tires which had not been coated & he asked the guy outside to do it, while he was still on the phone. Tires were sprayed from a compressor hookup,.not wiped down. By the time I got home which was less than a mile the tire shine was gone and all over the side of my truck. My black rims were still dirty, tailgate dirty, front grill dirty. I didn't know after paying $27 I would have to come home and finish it by hand , coat the tires & wipe off the excess. Back to Blue Wave!!

I asked over text if there was any damage. This was an online deal. I worked and live an hr away. It was night by the time I arrived. Lucky for them. When I finally noticed they tried to push the blame off to me or perhaps someone in a lot did it. NO! It came off their lot this way. I sent them pictures and video of the damage. They tried to send me pictures from every other angle but the one with the damage. I countered with the same angles proving they were full of it. Lucky for me I found the original photos they posted which in hind sight, when you zoom in you can see they tried to cover it. But it's all good, the law will handle this.
