I pointed to the tires which had not been coated & he asked the guy outside to do it, while he was still on the phone. Tires were sprayed from a compressor hookup,.not wiped down. By the time I got home which was less than a mile the tire shine was gone and all over the side of my truck. My black rims were still dirty, tailgate dirty, front grill dirty. I didn't know after paying $27 I would have to come home and finish it by hand , coat the tires & wipe off the excess. Back to Blue Wave!!

They also don't provide pricing unless you specifically ask. Otherwise, they hand you a ticket for their most expensive package and charge accordingly. I felt misled by the entire process. Good customer service starts with transparency, and that was lacking here. It feels terrible to leave feeling taken advantage of. Because of this experience, I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place. Paid $36 and change for mediocre wash. Car is still filthy. Still trying to figure out what I paid so much for. Better off going somewhere else or doing it yourself. Garbage everywhere, Have to go home now and clean it myself. $36 down the drain. Stay away from this place!!!
