Myself and two sisters booked massage and pedicure packages for a birthday / girls day. The staff were all very friendly. Our coats were taken drinks offered and sign in done. My therapist Jordan introduced himself, and had a one to one chat on what I was looking for in my massage and any questions beforehand which was very appreciated. The massage itself was incredible, my neck hasn't felt this good in years. After my sisters and I enjoyed a wonderful pedicure. I've found pedicures can be hit or miss but this treatment was super spoiling, warm foot bath, massage, cuticles, a parra fin wax treatment which was new to me but so neat ! The team also kept our cups of tea full throughout the treatment with delicious complimentary tea. Will definitely go again and our only complaint would be one of the massage chairs was broken and was momentarily possessed during our pedicure... Hehehe. read more

I have a very mixed review for this spa. I was with a bridal party of seven people who all had manicures done. They pulled in three staff members which was fantastic, offered us a refreshment of water or tea, and were very kind. Five out of five for the staff and atmosphere. I hate to give such a poor overall rating but the reason I gave a two out of five is because of my actual manicure. I had a shellac manicure done. Two of my nails weren't filed straight so I had to fix that when I got home and noticed that on quite a few of my nails there were missed corners and the polish didn't go all the way to the edges of my nails. For $45 I was quite disappointed to discover this on multiple nails. I really did enjoy the staff but because of how my manicure turned out and the high cost I paid, I would not return to Namaste again nor would I recommend it to a friend. read more

Over the summer a man went from business to business selling "welcome package" type deals to garner interest in this business. I explained to him a few times that I was out of town quite a bit and would have a hard time scheduling within the 4 months. He said it would be no problem, as long as I emailed the business to try and book. I emailed several times for weeks that I was free in the past 3 months and I either got no response or when I called I got a "someone will call you back". I called today and a man answered, when I mentioned the promotion he said it was done and that I "lost my money". I explained what I had been told and was told that "I shouldn't have listened to the man" who sold me the package. When I asked if that man was a representative of the company and why I shouldn't listen to a rep from the business, he told me too bad and hung up on me. When I called back, agitated, I was told that it was too late (the offer expires in a week) and that they're all booked up (surprise...), I said that I would take to the internet to warn people and he told me that I should "watch out, because he could be very mean on the computer". He then hung up again. I can't rate the actual services that the spa is supposed to provide since I was ripped off, but I do recommend that people avoid Namate Spa in Moncton at all costs. read more

As the online reviews detailed Namaste Spa is amazing. So friendly, kind, proffessional and clean. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness, sincerety and a hot cup of tea just the way I liked it. My coat was removed for me and placed away so I could sit and relax before my treatment. I was very impressed and pleased that the great things said about this spa were as accurate as I was hoping. The ladies couldn't possibly have impressed me any further than they already had. I will return time and time again and believe the management and staff of Namaste Spa will continue to be the finest full service spa in Moncton for years to come. What a pleasure.
