Theodora was punctual, kind, knowledgeable, and well prepared. My documents were a simple Power of Attorney, but she made sure to dot every I and cross every T. She is reliable and responds quickly. She also is mobile so she can always come by to meet you. She's also very flexible and understanding. She lays everything out for you and she has everything prepared based on your quote with her. Her handwriting is exceptional (I'm big on penmanship). She is thorough when going over a quote so that she is prepared when she comes to meet you. She explains each step as she does it. As well as an explanation for each stamp, signature, and initial needed. She even came back to meet me because she was worried they might ask for a different stamp. So she called me and turned around right away. For $50, she's an amazing value, and an even better person. She wanted to give me money back because SHE made the trip back! She is so honest and kind, I refused to let her because she was looking out for me.
