BEWARE!!! Terrible customer service. We paid for a service that was not provided. No recourse…read morewhatsoever. Sneaky process, that can easily dupe customers. Have you fill out forms tell you everything is Good to go, then the day of the notarizing, They will send you new forms telling you that they need to be Authenticated ID etc (Forms that you've already filled out in some manner) They give you a short deadline for the new paperwork. Send multiple confusing emails. Make you answer multiple questions about yourself? And then, if you don't jump through the new hoops and ladders in time, they won't notify you until the time is up and you have to pay them again. I was told everything was good to go, and it was not notified Of any Missing information until it was too late to correct. They said oh no now it's too late. You have to pay again. Whole process seemed more like a grift than anything else. 100% would not trust these people.

This past May we were desperately looking for a notarizer to help our family get some documents signed and notarized. Due to my father being in hospice homecare and unable to leave the house, we had no other option but to look for a mobile notarizer. We first went to the banks and tried to see how we could get someone to come to our house. Unfortunately you would have to make an appointment which could take up to a week and the fees were almost $350 (or more depending). My family and I thought that was ridiculous so I came on Yelp. After trying to call 2 other companies I came across Ralph's services and decided to give him a call he answered right away and was in town and we didn't expect him to be available right away, but he said he could be at our house that evening and so we set it up and to my surprise he called back half hour later and said he was available right away and so he asked for directions and he was at our house 20 minutes later. Long story short, he was literally in and out of our house within 30 minutes! Not only was he fast and efficient, he was also very kind. Due to his "unexpected" change of appointment he gave us a discount which made us laugh because we told him we were the ones that called last minute so please just charge us the regular fees, which he still didn't except and still charged us the discounted fee. I just wanted to say thank you so much Ralph for everything, it's taken me a while to write this due to all the things that's happened after, but please know that my family and I are so very grateful and to also expect some calls from a few of our friends and family members soon. I'm a little late for my testimony about our experience with Kathrin but I'm here now…read more Last year March of 2023 we were back home in Hawai'i for my father in laws funeral services and although it was during a rough time and we didn't expect his passing, we were right at the end of purchasing our first home here in Southern California So naturally we were eager and excited for our new journey! We met with Kathrin to sign and finalize our closing documents and she was actually the one who inspired me to become a Notary public myself! When we walked into the golf club house where we scheduled our meeting, the first thing I noticed was how organized and careful she was with our documents. She was very professional and very thorough with explaining it to us. She was patient and knowledgeable and seemed to do everything with ease. I noticed the way she had a perfect system going as she flipped through the papers and I thought to myself, wow, I wish I could do that.
