It was our first time to list a property in NYC, so her knowledge and no nonsense style were a big help. Sing kept us on schedule and did much more than brokers that I've worked with in Boston. She made sure the place was clean, she staged and had the unit professionally photographed. She was very careful to observe and make sure visitors observed precautions for Covid and was good at dealing with our neighbors in the condo both before and after the Open House weekends. She arranged for many people to view the unit but in separate batches, I think we had more than 60 people.
