I have been going to that office since 2009. The service has really declined. I have had refills…read moresent to them from the Pharmacy many times and I gave them almost a week to refill it. I got to the Pharmacy and they didn't fill it. Also, I used to get the doctor/PA for 15 minutes during my visits. Now the F.N.P. is in the room for less than 2 minutes. This is not the care I am paying for. Also, will only check one thing, if you have another problem, you have to make another appointment. It's not about health care anymore, it's about the Benjamins.
