So the office lady tells me we are 15 minutes late and they are cancelling the appointment even though my daughter was there trying to get into the building from the wrong side. Mind you this was at 1:42, our appt. time was 1:30 and I was there filling out the paper work so all they would have to do was take here back to the room to see the doctor. How is that 15 minutes. So as I am walking out the lady had the audacity to come out and ask me to reschedule. Really you think I am going to come back after the rude way you spoke to me. She not only was rude to me, she was rude to another patient that came in thinking he had an appointment and was also rude to the lady working in the lobby checking people in. What is sad is I was referred to a this office from one of their own employees, who by the way is great. I am recommending if you get referred to this office......RUN AWAY. It will likely ruin your day as it just did ours. Now we have to go through the trouble of contacting the insurance company to have the Dr. removed as our Primary Care Physician and research and find a better one! The receptionist is RUDE and just kept making excuses why my message wasn't answered. They push prescriptions on you and then lord it over you. Why can't I do a telehealth visit that you also push on your patients? But no, I must come into the office and waste even more of my time. I feel bad for patients that truly need medicine and can't do without. I do not recommend unless you are retired and have time to wait on the phone, wait for responses, and wait in the waiting room, and have time to follow up on everything. Now I've been locked out of the portal and can't retrieve any of my health information. I've been with ICFP for years, but I am DONE! I understand that Dr. offices are busy but you should be able to take care of your current patients in a timely manner. Some of us work full time too!
