He argued with me and didn't want to accept responsibility for his rubbery chicken he plated and sent out to a paying customer! I have never complained about my BBQ ribs in the past, until I visited this particular restaurant. I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment I have received over the last week or so from the manager at the branch a Mr Gejo Samuel. Previously on several occasions I have spoken the store manager that my request of extra crispy chips has not been completed even though I have double confirm this over the phone order what the staff member taking the order. What is the point to give instructions over the phone while making the order if they will simply be disregarded? I do not believe I am being unreasonable all I am requesting is for the chips to be cooked a bit longer so they can be crispy instead of the soggy style that they are currently producing. Mr Gejo has made it explicitly clear that I am no longer welcome in that store by using profound language. Mr Gejo actions clearly reflect on the brand integrity of Nando's New Zealand. It is simply disgusting to see that your management staff has absolutely no respect towards their customers. I strongly believe that Mr Gejo Samuel auctions today have proven he is a very rude and condescending person as he simply goes around showing his attitude and patronizing superiority. So, we had to get up and ask for some. No apology or anything. - The chicken in the wrap was dry, there was one slice of tomato and it was mostly just lettuce leaves. My friend had asked for 'HOT' sauce and there was absolutely no spice to it at all. - The presentation of the paella was not good, and so so incredibly spicy that after one mouthful, I had to stop eating it. Obviously, they got our orders mixed up! I told the waiter that the paella is not mild and my friend's wrap is not hot. He didn't really understand, but said he could make me another paella and put a 'lemon and herb' sauce on it instead. So, out came the new paella. Again, it was really spicy - the waiter didn't do what he just said! My mouth was on fire and my friend also agreed that it was really spicy. The waiter then came over to ask how it was. Situated right next to the petrol station, it has nearby parking, which is convenient. Inside is definitely cleaner then other Carl's Jnr restaurants, although I do wish they would redesign - the front counter is weirdly hidden from entrance door and so is difficult to see first off.
