Sorry lola, no good and not coming back. Highly suggest the yelp folk to avoid this place as well…read more Wow i have never felt so strongly about such a disappointing place/experience. WHERE TO START! Place looks nice. Sorta, I'll give them that at least. Waitress was terrible at taking our order but that's okay, i was letting that slide. The problem here was that she has to attempt our 5 item tapas choice 3 times and 70% of that was us pointing to the menu. Understandable if she was new but I could have sworn she served us months ago when we came in one morning for a coffee! All 5 tapas dishes came out at once. That's cool. But the scallop dish was what the heck chewy/runny. I had to google if that texture was normal (pro tip - was not). Left that entire plate uneaten. The marinated olives was like a lucky dip - you either had a deliciously plumpy firm one or a terrible one that was super soft and dissolved in your fingers. Ugh. Then there was the swordfish that was served atop a slice of baguette bread. It was tolerable i didn't mind that the swordfish was dry af (which looking back at it now makes sense that both the scallops and swordfish were overcooked and served to us at the same time ((cooked together and way too long!!!). The mushroom dish was okay. Just okay... The slow cooked beef dish was delicious. The only standout. And despite that this place is not worth your time. Anyway we decided to feedback to the waiter about just the scallops. What was served was just unforgivable. The waiter listened then said he will be right back while he check with the chef (??). Few mins later he came back and straight up asked if he can take our scallop dish back "for the chef to taste because it could be the way its supposed to be done" (???????). Forreal? I get that in the hospitality life you're bound to get yourself in a pickle like this but be perhaps reword to the customer how you want to object or debate the customers opinion. Instead of getting your back up about it. I get it, sh!t happens. Few mins later again waiter comes back, apologises and says its off the bill (thank you) but then wanted to reiterate a point that they have never had a complaint about their scallops before (ok cool story bro, forgiven and forgotten already). THE LAST STRAW was then leaving and paying the bill. We went up to the register to pay and the lady behind the register (possibly shift manager of co manager) barked the amount with no presentation of itemised bill. We were about to ask about the scallop stuff and she barked again "its off the bill". Dat gurl was ICE QUEEN man. No apologies no nothing. Swiped our card and off we went. What a b!tch. Rude. Acknowledge your mistake and learn from it. As a result of this terrible experience - come here with caution or don't come here at all. Cannot get over how awful it was. Thank goodness Copper Pot, Moda, Ajitoya & Seddon Wine Store are within walking distance! Do yourself a favour and goto either of those instead!

The portions are always generous and consistent, the food is well seasoned, and always comes out pipping hot. Atmosphere/service: I find the service here is incredibly polite. I like the atmosphere, it feels more restaurant-y than many of the City Centre Nandos, and the seating area feels far removed from where you order. The place always looks clean and well cared for. Verdict: If you're a Nandos fan, this branch comes highly recommended, an enjoyable chicken eating experience will be had by all!
