She only filed them down. Nareman barely scrubbed my calluses and did not cut my cuticles. The towels smelled musty nor did the pedicure room seem properly sanitized. Even the bathroom there was smelly and not clean. Quite frankly I was appalled. I am asking for a full refund to my credit card. She took about 35 minutes to complete a medical pedicure ! And that's with leaving wet towels on my feet for 6-8 minutes. The audacity to claim that this is a "medical pedicure" is beyond unacceptable !
