She only filed them down. Nareman barely scrubbed my calluses and did not cut my cuticles. The towels smelled musty nor did the pedicure room seem properly sanitized. Even the bathroom there was smelly and not clean. Quite frankly I was appalled. I am asking for a full refund to my credit card. She took about 35 minutes to complete a medical pedicure ! And that's with leaving wet towels on my feet for 6-8 minutes. The audacity to claim that this is a "medical pedicure" is beyond unacceptable ! Additionally, she said my appoint was made for a different office located in a different city some 15 miles away. She the said that only the doctor did nails. When I told her a lady did my nails previously, she essentially called me a liar. Same with the appointment. When I asked , then if the office was closed, then why was she there. She said so people could come in to buy products (like shoes?). It makes me wonder if Dr. Friedman was in the medical business or the footwear business. He does not use insurance, and has a monthly membership type of practice... but provides excellent care for less than what most insurance would cost anyway... as long as you don't need expensive procedures. And even then... he knowa where to go to get the lowest prices on self-pay cash-pay procedures. I have recommended several people to him, and they really like him too! Highly Recommended!
