In the end, we have not been disappointed! The teaching staff is genuinely caring and engaged with the little guy's development. Not only do they take the time to answer all our questions (patiently), but we get daily updates in real-time on potties, feedings, and various other milestones - but the best part is they provide pictures almost daily which is a great treat when I'm at work thinking about him :) Their spots fill up quickly, but if you are looking for a new daycare, I recommend taking a tour.

And she told me to reschedule. Which I declined. We will look at other places.....plus if they are short staffed I'm not sure if the caregiver/child ratios are being met. I won't feel comfortable with my child at a place where they are not enough ppl watching the kids. Red flag for me, on top of the terrible communication.

My daughter is incredibly expressive about her feelings and is always excited to go to school. Many other local centers hire glorified babysitters. Instead, I love that Primrose Brookfield employs qualified staff who deliver a comprehensive curriculum with care at the heart of it all. They communicate with transparency and we love the special events like recitals and picnics that bring the families together. We moved to Wisconsin from out of state, so it's been awesome creating connections and seeing so many friendships blossom. They have great curriculum, lots of art, toys, reading, etc. Excellent in-school field trips such as police, fire, animals, clowns, pizza, etc. There is also an excellent hot lunch option that is inexpensive and healthy- and tasty from what I'm told.
