My 2010 SS needed a new underhood fuse box and I found one through this supplier…read more 1. It took two weeks to get the part from NEW YORK to PENNSYLVANIA. 2. The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

The fluid was so bad it was interfering with the electrical system causing all my dash light to go on and my dials not to work at all. Thank the Lord he was the one to pick up the phone and offer to clean it up for me when I called. If the "older" long term employee who greeted me at the register 1st when I arrived had picked up the phone he would never had seen me and as he said at the desk "you have to take it to a garage" would have told me that on the phone having me to worried to drive it home 20 miles from work tonight. I should have asked his name but that problem could have been so much worse of a single "older lady" driving home tonight and beyond. If I had a $100 bill i would have given to the young worker. As far as the older guy, he didn't even want my helper to help. Not a very good example for the next generation coming up. I hear that store has a had time keeping worker. Hummm. Wonder why. When I arrived they took my keys and told me to have a seat. 1 hour later I asked when they expected to be done and I was told that they had a big camper van on the rack but that would be off the rack soon. The excuses continued and they finally did the job after 4 hours. I do not recommend this place as they don't seem to have a grip on how to run a business. They were good at trying to upsell though. While I was there a man that was in for inspection that he needed to buy $60 wiper blades. When he pushed back they said that they could get some for $25 but they would have to wait until they were delivered.
