We had the car towed to NAPA since after several attempts to jump it realized the battery was dead... Elvin was wonderful!! He removed and reinstalled the battery for us and wahhhhla... the car started right up! Battery was under warranty so it didn't cost a thing! So I highly recommend this Napa and buy their batteries as they do stand behind the warranty!!!

I told the lady at the counter my car's year, make, and model and she was able to point me to the correct replacement lamp fairly quickly. It was then that I learned NAPA sells Wagner-brand bulbs while places like AutoZone and O'Reilly (auto parts stores where I have purchased bulbs in the past) sell Sylvania. I've always used Sylvania bulbs in my car so I was a little concerned the Wagner bulb might look different. For example, it might burn brighter or dimmer than my existing Sylvania bulb and then I'd have headlights with uneven brightness. I took a chance and luckily, that wasn't the case. The Wagner and Sylvania bulbs look pretty much the same. The single bulb was regularly priced at $10.99, but it was $9.90 after the AAA membership discount. After 7% tax ($0.69), the total cost I paid was $10.59. The store was bright, clean, and well organized. The employees were polite and helpful. NAPA stands for National Automotive Parts Association.

I had them do both of the used cars I bought and they lasted me forever with regular maintenance. In my experience everyone that works in this facility is honest, fair, they want to help people and they want them to be safe. This is the first and ONLY mechanic shop that I have been to as a woman where I wasn't treated like I was a dunce or less than. The employees here explain things in a way of informing you not persuading you or intimidating you with fear that if you don't complete the job something extraordinarily bad is going to happen. They give you realistic expectations on how much more you can drive until you need to really get it done which helps people that are on a budget. I think the prices are higher on average but the amount of service, attention, and thoroughness you get the price is very fair! I recommend this place to everyone I know especially women because I know how important it is to feel safe with mechanics and not like they are trying to get over on you! I've had my share of bad experiences but never with Christian Brothers! They truly exemplify the name!
