Alex took more time with me than I could have imagined in this fast paced business that often is reduced to dollars and sense. Alex, helped me pick out an unusual and striking set of wheels for my new truck and helped me think through the process of exactly the type of tire that I desired for my new diesel. He went the extra mile and a half to ensure I felt good about the choice I was making. More specifically, he took the time to ensure the wheel choice and tires themselves would operate correctly with my new truck. This is what you call TOP NOTCH SERVICE. Then, I sat back, watched and listened to him go to work to find the wheels that were offshore because of demand and COVID19. But he was able to locate from his resources. After all, when you want it, YOU WANT IT, right? I also will be returning to Alex to purchase and have a bed cover installed after inquiring about other services that KTD offers. As a new transplant from California I had no idea the level of products and services I had become accustomed in the high-demand market of Southern California. The experience gets better, though! The next day when I went to discuss more specifics about my order I met another Alex. This time it was Mr. Alex Mise. Mise was charged with detailing my new toy. He was professional, like Rose an exceptional listener and showed a genuineness that one rarely finds in this or any line of retail and services. I truly feel like I've added two new friends or members of my family. I should also mention that Rose actually thanked me for my military service and offered me a military discount when he discovered I was a Disabled Veteran from the Persian Gulf War. Needless to suggest, I cannot say enough good things about Alex Rose & Alex Mise at this establishment. Furthermore, I could not recommend them any more strongly when you require personalized service in the customization of your motor vehicle(s).

Not ONE SINGLE TIME IN TWO MONTHS did they call me with updates. I didn't call for the first 3 weeks because I understand that things take time. But every single time I would call (once a week) to get an update, they never returned my call or they had excuse after excuse. If you've got all year to wait for a dent repair that sure-they did an acceptable job when all was said and done-- but I needed my van for my business and I don't have time to be put to the back corner to work on at your leisure.

Avoid Driven Creations Custom - Dishonest and Unprofessional…read more I spent $3,500 getting my car wrapped at Driven Creations Custom in May. Within a week, the wrap started peeling off. I brought it back, and they removed the wrap and agreed to give me store credit since I didn't want to risk the same poor result with another wrap. Fast forward--I got a new car and wanted to use the credit toward a starlight headliner. Now they're refusing to honor the store credit and are only offering a "discount" instead. That's not what was agreed upon. This shop used to be well-run, but everything went downhill after the ownership changed in December. The new owners are completely unprofessional and dishonest. They clearly don't stand by their word or their work. Do NOT spend your money here unless you're okay with it being stolen. I'm extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

Had service prior of tinting on my car and I was satisfied a year or so ago. I wanted to try again…read morebecause I bought a brand new car for my wife. I talked to the owner about getting a remote start and tinting which he was researching. They offered me a deal for $450 for the remote start and tinting on the new vehicle. Then I found out I needed a OEM part from the manufactorer which wasn't an issue. I will get VW to do it because this place refused to install it. Other places not named VW would install it though. No issues as I will pay retail at the dealership or get someone else to do it at a nominal fee. I then tried to contact them to at least to tint my wife's new car and they didn't respond. I mean just call, text or email and say we are busy or don't want to do your car but no response is just bad business. I guess it was either the bundle of remote start with their product and tint or nothing at all. Guys if you want to cherry pick your business than that is fine but as a customer we can help provide proper feedback about our experience with this company or others. I usually don't post feedbacks often that are negative but I felt this one was merited because of the lack of communication. I simply asked for a car tint and they already gave me a price to get it done. I only needed appointment to bring it in which they never gave me after a few days and multiple contacts. I will find someone that will want my business. I hope this is only a small blimp on their record and that this is an isolated incident; however, if that isn't the case it will be seen here by other potential customers as the issues will spread.
