I never considered it could be the battery that I had just purchased. I had to pay the diagnostic fee. Advanced would not issue a refund so that Toyota could replace it. When I went to Advanced, the manager said I should have gone there to have it checked and would not reimburse me for the charge. My response was why would I think it would be a battery that was 2 months old? Long story short, they replaced the battery. Fingers crossed that this one lasts!

When I called them to find out why they sold me the wrong part the response I got was " it might work and it might not work" when I took the part back to get my money back I asked the question again just to clarify and she said "yea well we thought it might work" I could've died and had they originally told me "it might work" when I purchased the part I NEVER WOULDVE OUR PURCHASED IT!!! when it comes to cars you can't go on "it MIGHT" NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVEN BUY WASHER FLUID...they could've reimbursed my tow costs since it was technically their negligence that caused it.id give ZERO STARS if allowed. Dealers can be pushy, then you have to negotiate price, and after you sign the paperwork; you never hear from them again, especially if you need their help. I recently moved to Oneonta and visited Country Club Motors. I found a home town experience alongside the right price. Very easy to work with and not pushy. After I signed and left the lot, the sales team continued to work with me as if they were trying to earn a sale. Most impressed I've been by a dealership's sales team. I worked with Jesse and I highly recommend him.

Bought a 2022 hyundai tucson brand new. At about 36,500 miles the ac stopped working in the middle…read moreof summer. Had to wait a month for the soonest appt to have the car fixed. Being as its the summer and not having ac i asked for loaner and was told they only give them out for cars that don't run. In addition, they expect me to make 4 trips back and forth with no ac to repair the car. Each trip back and forth is an hour and 20min. This means I'll bee spending 5 hours in total drive time to get this repaired. One trip back and forth was for diagnosis, 2nd trip was to pick up car from diagnosis while part is ordered. 3 rd trip will be to drop off car for the actual repair and the 4th trip will be to pick up the car once the repair is done. I also asked for them to rent a car which they would not as well. Although they did give me a ride home and back to the dealer, both the service manager and general manager seem to think this is acceptable customer service. To spend a total of 6 weeks, time from making my appt to repair completion, without air conditioning in the hottest time if year is completely unacceptable.

The van sat at dealership for 8 days before service was scheduled for" three hours". On the scheduled day for service called to learn, "not enough time", scheduled for next morning. Called the next morning, mid morning, to learn it hadn't been looked at yet. "Would be soon". I own a business and understand being short staffed. What happened to customer service? Just a call back with updates, staying on schedule? Very disappointing. Van still not done at the time of this review.

Every time I'm there I am reminded of why I continue to take my cars there. Everyone there asks me if I need anything, have I been helped, how can I be helped. They never recommend services that I don't need, and if I have questions they take the time to show me the answers respectfully. Also I really appreciate their new service acknowledgement system. I can agree by text or call if I have questions. Super easy, convenient & technologically impressive.

Myself and my family have bought or leased nearly 10 cars from this…read moredealership and each year the place has gotten worse any worse from services, to sales and everything else in between. I sent my car in to be have an oil change and car inspection. I was then called and tried to be forced to turn in my lease and get a new lease even after repeatedly saying I was not interested. A few hours later I get a call from service that my car has problems with the brakes and tires and they wouldn't pass the inspection unless I got new of all of them and would not give me my car back and did not quote me for these expenses. They said I could save the trouble by changing my lease to a new vehicle. I again refused and they started the repairs. During the repairs the broke the caliber of my back right tire. This forced me to be carless for the rest of the day and all of the next day. They preceded to charge me for two days of maintenance even though the second day was solely from their own errors. I received a call at 1:57pm that my car was fixed. I called at 3:19pm to confirm and when it was confirmed I got a ride to the dealership and arrived at 3:40pm to find out the paperwork was not completed and I ended up waiting around for almost 45 minutes before finally receiving two bills for everything that occurred. I am someone who is very loyal to companies and very rarely change from where I buy things cars included but I will never be renting or buying a car from any Country Club every again and neither will my parents or brother who are and have been loyal customers for many years. This is not how you run a business and treat any customers but especially not people who have been valued customers of your business for a decade.
