Myself and my family have bought or leased nearly 10 cars from this…read moredealership and each year the place has gotten worse any worse from services, to sales and everything else in between. I sent my car in to be have an oil change and car inspection. I was then called and tried to be forced to turn in my lease and get a new lease even after repeatedly saying I was not interested. A few hours later I get a call from service that my car has problems with the brakes and tires and they wouldn't pass the inspection unless I got new of all of them and would not give me my car back and did not quote me for these expenses. They said I could save the trouble by changing my lease to a new vehicle. I again refused and they started the repairs. During the repairs the broke the caliber of my back right tire. This forced me to be carless for the rest of the day and all of the next day. They preceded to charge me for two days of maintenance even though the second day was solely from their own errors. I received a call at 1:57pm that my car was fixed. I called at 3:19pm to confirm and when it was confirmed I got a ride to the dealership and arrived at 3:40pm to find out the paperwork was not completed and I ended up waiting around for almost 45 minutes before finally receiving two bills for everything that occurred. I am someone who is very loyal to companies and very rarely change from where I buy things cars included but I will never be renting or buying a car from any Country Club every again and neither will my parents or brother who are and have been loyal customers for many years. This is not how you run a business and treat any customers but especially not people who have been valued customers of your business for a decade.

From start to finish, the team was professional straightforward and honest. I felt like I was dealing with old friends rather than salespeople. I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to a friend, relative or anyone in general looking to experience something other than your typical buying experience.

He "promised" to get me an answer the next day. (My rental was costing 1000 per week). No call the next day. I called. He was on staff and said that we would receive a call first thing Monday. No call. I called and learned the manager was off Monday. I called and asked for the owner. He never called back. My spouse called the next day and asked for a call back. No call back. The van sat at dealership for 8 days before service was scheduled for" three hours". On the scheduled day for service called to learn, "not enough time", scheduled for next morning. Called the next morning, mid morning, to learn it hadn't been looked at yet. "Would be soon". I own a business and understand being short staffed. What happened to customer service? Just a call back with updates, staying on schedule? Very disappointing. Van still not done at the time of this review.
