To add pressure to the situation, we were in a time crunch. We had a wedding coming up in less than two weeks, and given that it was a "western wedding", we were trying to find a pair of boots to match her dress. We arrived and were greeted by a nice couple running the counter. A brief conversation indicated that they were the owners. This is a family run business selling all manner of western wear. They are a Carhart supplier and have an extensive line of Carhart clothing. They have an extensive selection of western boots, belts, shirts, blouses and blue jeans. This store is geared toward working western wear, not so much the fancy Sunday go to meeting or line dancing clothes, though there are a few selections of that type. My wife found a pair of Ariat boots that she liked and while they fit, they were not quite wide enough. The folks working the counter looked up the boot and determined that the boot was available in a wider size. Not sure if they could swing an order as quickly as we needed them, they offered to try. I am delighted to report that within the work week, they called us and let us know my wife's boots were in. This store is very clean. Well organized. The merchandise is displayed well. The store has an amazing smell of leather. Parking is ample. Hours are conducive to working folks. While speaking with the owners, there are expansion plans underway! This is a really nice store, in a nice section of town, right along the main drag and owned by friendly, neighborhood merchants. They get a five star rating from me!
