I just went to my appointment for allergy testing. I clearly asked on the phone what is included in the price of $288 dollars. The lady on the phone told me "doctor visit, and the allergy test on the skin", to see what I am allergic to. The lady told me on the phone I gonna get the testing done. She was sure the doctor going to do the test. They charged me 288 dollars for 3 min conversion with a doctor. That's all. When I asked about testing, they said you need to make a new appointment and it's going to cost 625 dollars. I didn't want to make fuss about it and just left. I don't want to come there again because I was told totally differently on the phone. I do not recommend the place. read more

How does anyone schedule and appointment? Was referred to this Office two weeks prior to this review and still have not success with speaking to anyone over the phone to schedule this appointment. Everytime I call its always the same answering machine "We're sorry, there is no one available to pick up your call" I understand office phones may be busy at times of calling but for 2 weeks? I've already written one review but I got a chuckle out of the fact that this business themselves has placed a 'fake review' in the 'About the Business' section! Hillarious! They are so dishonest and fake that they try to pass off an obviously, 'written by staff' review to try to salvage the fact that all of the reviews here are NEGATIVE! "I've been going here for years"....of course, you have... You work there! Such dishonesty... I'm surprised the Medical community hasn't shut them down. Do yourself the biggest favor you can and go to a different allergy 'specialist' ....Naples Allergy Center and dr. quack Rosenbach are only there to drain your checking account. UPDATE: After visiting another allergist, it was confirmed the Naples Allergy Center did botch my results. So, not only was this establishment incredibly unprofessional and rude, they are incompetent as well. When I followed up with them, they took no accountability and tried to make excuses. (As they also did below). Nope. They just transposed my results for 2 different allergens. One I am anaphylactic to, the other I am not allergic to at all -- which is (obviously) a big problem. Well it seems alright. All I will say is, I had 4 appointments at $60 copay each for 1 allergy test. The first test, the assistant put the patches on my back. The second, another $60 to peel them off my back. I'm at my third now- another $60 to see if the allergies are worse, and then tomorrow another $60 to tell me the results that they saw on the second and third visit. $240 out of my own pocket to see what chemicals I'm allergic to. Not bad. I only wish it didn't take 4 appointments. How do people who work regular day jobs do this? I'm not saying this is good or bad, I'm just informing you of what you will need to do. Naples Allergy Center - The moment I walked in, one of the desk girls was listening to messages and said quite loudly " Holy Fucking shit, she left 4 messages". - Allergists Near Me - Naples, Florida

I made an appointment to finally get an allergy scratch test, you know an appointment with a doctor. I arrived to wait in the waiting room 20 minutes after filling out 20 pages of pre-paperwork online. When called back to my surprise-- no doctor. I had my blood pressure taken and the machine broke (so who knows what it was) then she asked me a few questions and we went to the window for the scratch test. I filled out the paperwork, handed it back and then was told it was $350 and my insurance doesn't cover (they could have done this before the appt) and I said my insurance does cover, I would call them. So after going outside for 30 min to place a phone call to the insurance, they said that it should be covered, but couldn't give a definite. They refused to bill the insurance, as my insurance agency suggested. So I went home because I'm not paying something they have to issue a refund check for. A few days later my insurance rep called me back saying int was 100% covered to I left messages with the office twice to call me back and reschedule. Guess what ... no return call. Doesn't surprise me as the office staff there is the rudest bunch of ladies I've encountered in a while. PS Still had to pay the copay which nothing was done. So if you want them to bill your insurance and you for nothing, then go here. Waste of 2 hours of my life. read more

If anyone has skewed the facts it's Naples Allergy Center. Just tell the truth people. The facts are that this allergy shot called Fasnra is expensive. Your office did not want to put the money up front to order the meds. Your office kept asking about payment and would not accept the other fact that my insurance covered it. Lots of smoke and mirrors are involved here. Stop your story telling and tell us the truth. I received my shot today at the Cancer Center and I thank Dr. Neuman for taking me as a new patient when Naples AllergyCenter told story after story and we never discussed me bringing the shot ever. I do in fact travel with all my meds. Except Fasnra which is never given to the patients to transport anywhere regardless of what you claim. So instead of putting the patients down and indicating they skewed the facts get your facts straight. It must be a hard pill to swallow. read more

Don't cancel your appointment in this place. They charge a 50.00 fee which will be added to your rescheduled appointment. And when you reschedule, they fail to tell you about the fee. And you won't even see the doctor, P A only. WOW! It never fails to amaze me how doctors always find a way to make money with doing no work at all. Very typical in southwest Florida. Hey everybody remember that most people go out of their way to write reviews when they only have something negative to say, really. I have been going here for months now and the staff is nothing but friendly, knowledgable and professional, individuals who truly care for your well being. The people who come on here and complain about the simplest things are just ungrateful. Follow the rules people it's not that hard. Every time I have an appointment the wait time is fast and efficient. No doubt. Every doctor answers my questions respectfully and I feel appreciated with my time. Highly recommend anyone to go here if you have terrible allergies here in SWFL. They WILL help you! Always remember to be friendly to those trying to help you. read more
