Purchased the ceiling fan for my outside lanai two years ago the gentleman told me that I should have it serviced at least once a year because of the elements outside since it's so hot etc. this year I called them and said I need the service they came out and the technician did not like the way the fan was moving. He said there was too much vibration. They actually brought me a brand new fan hundred dollar Service called which was fine but their customer service is off the charts if you're looking for any type of lighting or fans, I highly recommend Naples lighting and fan depot. I won't go any other place. read more

We purchased through Harvey, he was knowledgeable and patient. Harvey and his team of installers were fantastic. We had an issue with one of the lights and they came back until we had a positive resolution for a very challenging situation. I can't say enough wonderful things about Naples Lighting and Fan Depot. The professionalism, customer service, and quality and price are excellent. Highly recommend this business. read more

We have been doing business with Naples Lighting for over 5 years now and can highly recommend them. They have not only installed all the lights and fans in our condo they also handled the total redo of our condo development. We usually deal with Justin but all of their installers have gone above and beyond the normal. Their pricing is always reasonable and they actually show up when they promise. read more

Great to work with. We bought lighting and fans from them in the past and will continue to do more business with them. Any questions or issues they come through - actually we only had one issue and it was the installer I hired. Best to hire their installers. read more

Justin and the entire team at Naples Lighting & Fan Depot are awesome. All these five-star reviews are well deserved. Great products, such a cool selection. We got a great deal on a lighting fixture we love, and they rewired it at a price that was more than fair. Expert installation, too; it looks great. They're straight shooters, zero BS. A+! read more

I had the pleasure of working with Aaron to replace some of my lighting in my original 1960's beach house. This time it was to replace outdated fluorescent luminaires in my three car garage. He came up with great ideas and solutions. Naples lighting and fan depot has a great selection of lighting and I am thrilled with how the lighting I have purchased from them ( outdoor sconces, chandelier, recessed can lighting and fans) has transformed my home. read more

Had 3 fans installed by Jordan. He did an excellent job. Love my fans, it changed the whole room!!

Walked in the door with a bowed fan blade. Didn't have to say a word. Justin took one look at the blade and came back in less than two minutes with five replacement blades, same size, same color. The three mounting holes did not exactly match up. Justin said he would drill new holes to match the old blades. We asked if there was a charge. He said no. Justin soon returned with the newly drilled blades. He used our sample to match the mounting holes of the old fan blade. We were out the door in less than fifteen minutes. They have a new customer. There is no need to go to any other fan store. We'll come back again. read more

Always wore a mask while working. Worked quick, clean and efficient. Very knowledgeable about products and installation. Highly recommended.

Very pleased. Purchased two fans and a ceiling fixture with installation. The installation was scheduled for a week or so out. However, we received a call a few days later saying they had an opening that day if it was convenient. Guys arrived shortly thereafter, were polite, careful and efficient. Also, We had asked for an electrician to come look at the socket behind our new stove to see if there is a way to make it fit flush. Ruben came with the fellows who installed the fans, took a look, gave us a reasonable quote, and quickly took care of our requests. We will go back to Naples Lighting & Fan Depot for future needs. read more

The guys here are great. Knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all. In fact, after you are greeted they tell you that they won't bother you and speak up if you have any questions. So far, we have purchased two ceiling fans and two light fixtures. Good selection, they will order product in if not in stock and they discount their pricing. We have at least one more ceiling fan and two more light fixture to buy and they will get first shot at our business. read more

We went in there yesterday ready to purchase 2 fans for our lanai. We stood in view of the four guys who were standing behind the desk area for, I'd say, at least 15 minutes. When it became obvious to us that no one was coming over to ask if we needed help, I began to ask my husband questions like, "I wonder which of these fans are suitable for outside." Still nothing. No one came over. They did not acknowledge that we were even there. So, we left the store and they lost a sale for two fans. No good form people. read more
