I got the scanned electronic files and large prints only two days after bringing them the 25mm negatives. Perhaps more importantly, the Lab Manager, Cindy Aquilar, patiently and expertly explained to me the options and the implications of each options - both technically and economically. The results were spectacular for a fair price (less than the cost charge by rude shop in DC).

So much faster than the out-of-town services, which can take months. I am so happy with the results. The videos look great. It may cost more to do it locally, but you are paying for the peace of mind of having it done by a professional right in town, keeping your tapes safe and doing the job right. I can't recommend them enough!
