They even included a follow up visit in the quote to ensure issue was completely resolved. After seeing evidence of a rat, and meeting the large guy in my basement, I tried to resolve the…read moreissue myself. I found a crack in a roof drain pipe near the main sewer outlet to the street. Sealed the likely entrance, built trap boxes ( YouTube... ) and used various baits. Rats are extremely smart and fast. He'd get the food but not caught. After a a few weeks I gave in and searched for an exterinator. The reviews about Joe prompted me to get in touch. The reviews describe him perfectly ! He came the next day. We spent almost 2 hours going around the house inspecting for evidence of entry points, nests, activity as well as getting to know each other. He is truly a nice guy who knows his craft ! Joe seemed impressed by my approach. Thought, based on what he saw, that there might only be the one and didn't see any obvious additional enrty points. He suggested a few new baits and traps and we decided to stay in touch before moving to poison. He refused payment for his time and advice. He promptly replied to my status texts over the next few days. Nobody caught, no success... until I got him ! Sent Joe pictures. Recieved a congratulations reply ! Now going to keep monitoring for a few weeks, traps set. Maybe my problem is solved. Fingers crossed my visitor didn't have friends and family. Sam is a godsend! We would not have survived this ordeal…read morewithout her. She is beyond knowledgeable and a master of her craft. She took the time to communicate with me even before we hired her. I couldn't believe how much she knew, including more than 2 doctors! Her price point was in line with every other company. I had never experienced bedbugs and knew nothing about them or the signs. Sam took care of everything! She talked and then walked us through the entire process making us feel confident that we would not have to "burn our house down" which was my initial solution. After one conversation with her, I knew she would solve our problem. She was beyond thorough and did an amazing job! All of our furniture was moved around so she could get into every crevice. She treated outlets, baseboards, etc. She will be back at least two more times to ensure and guarantee her work. I finally have some peace of mind.
