Main concern was the preparation, I'm used o mix the ingredients myself that I can decide how I would like to eat my raw steak tartare. Here it was served prepared. If I knew this before, would have chosen something else. Service was friendly, the interior in aviation style, could have been a bit cleaner, but i was do-able. Would I go there again? A ticket machine accept a credit card. If you don't have a time to buy a ticket, a machine is also inside a bus. After arriving at the airport around 11pm, I was exhausted. Check in was smooth and a staff mentioned that a hotel restaurant is open until 1:30am, which was nice as I didn't think we can get access to food until next morning. Fairly new hotel it seems, inside was very clean. We were there for about 7 hours and didn't want anything fancy. This was a perfect overnight hotel.

Check in was seamless and easy and our double and twin (upgraded) room was ready when we arrived around 1 pm which was a nice touch. Dark wood decor throughout with a balcony. Safe was available as well a Mini Bar. Robes and slippers were provided. There is a restaurant and breakfast/Brunch was available. Although we didn't eat here, the restaurant was full during meal times. Two person elevator that is from another era but still worked and got the job done. The Fitness room/Spa area had Modern decor and is the part of the hotel that has been updated. A rare, both Steam and Dry Sauna rooms (2-3 people max capability) are included with an inviting relax area that was always kept clean and organized. An Amazing Wine Bar (La Tenuta)) and coffee shop (Christie's) just steps away and 15 minutes walk from the City Center. When we saw our room we noticed our bed was a bit too small for two people, so we called the front desk and they immediately upgraded us and brought us new keys to our room. They made no effort to personally accompany me or otherwise help. The parking is not free. I chose to leave without bothering to see the rooms as my first experience was unacceptable. I would never go back there. Don't waste your money! I hope that the reception staff on the day in question ( May 4 2025 at about 21:00) are fired. That's what you get when you hire dumb idiots

Lucky for you, you can travel to the neighboring French town of Ferney Voltaire (take the F bus) and enjoy a fantastic prix fixe meal at Hotel de France for the same price and get in addition to a starter, plate, and dessert -- an amuse bouche as well as a selection of cheese from one of the most diverse cheese carts I've yet encountered in Europe. I generally turn my nose at hotel restaurants but Hotel de France does a good job of putting together a menu that will please anyone. Vegetarian options available. Each plate is composed and recognizes a need for balancing flavors and textures. Each plate is artistically presented.
