Dr Miller is very personable. He knows me and my family and always asks about them before getting down to business. When I've had major procedures done he always explains all the options and helps me pick the most cost-effective solution. Half the time you get someone from a call center. NO ONE communicates internally, so be prepared to answer the same question multiple times. I even asked for my full records to be emailed to myself so I could look for a new dentist- turns out their "insurance department" has to be contacted to approve/email this. Half the time the staff is rude, the other half they're clueless. Be prepared to pay big bucks for BIGGER disappointment.
