After we tacked on the cotton candy machine and everyone made a small one to enjoy. I'm so glad we reached out. It was better than I could have imagined! I'm forever grateful for them. There were some major changes with our venue as a different event coordinator at our venue was hired, and Megan was the steady presence who navigated through these last minute changes which required extra meetings to bridge the gaps for our venue's team. She always demonstrated kindness, professionalism, organization, and had a calm demeanor. She ensured everything was well-prepared for the big day and made sure I felt confident with the plan. On the wedding day, she handled everything beautifully. Megan and her wonderful assistant Jane made the day run smoothly and effortlessly, which allowed us to truly be present and soak in every moment. Everything happened perfectly and as planned - down to the minute. We are endlessly thankful for the love and effort Megan poured into making our wedding so special and the best weekend of our lives! I thought we blew it by calling so late but they hustled and got the whole thing done quickly. All details were settled by the time I got to Nashville and everything was handled with the personal touch of the ownership. This company was awesome and probably plan some wild bachelor/bachelorette parties too but we were just a group of guys looking to do a boat day on the lake (highly recommend) and that was just as fun. Our driver Nathan, or "NateDog" as we referred to him, was a bro and the perfect man for the job. He took us for some cliff jumping and tubing before bringing us to party cove, a sandbar on the lake where you can stand, drink, and mingle with other boaters. Plenty of women, men, locals, tourists, whatever you're looking for, or just hang on your boat if you prefer that. NashVegas provides everything from gas to beer & alcohol to food & water to sunscreen & towels. We also had great speakers and were blasting great music the whole time. Just bring good vibes and your liver, everything else is provided. Best part was that Damon was there himself in the boat next to us. He had his own crew so we all linked up and partied together, but he was also constantly making sure everything went well for both groups. Bottom line, if you prefer some out of touch/corporate staff that would rather set up your event and then never see you again or be bothered with anything once your check clears this is not for you... but if you want to hire a company that will treat you like close friends catching up on old times as much as customers, and has no problem sticking with you throughout the whole process to make sure you have a good time (for a reasonable price by the way), look no further than NashVegasVIP and ask for Damon.
