First off, I contacted Damon about three days before our scheduled event (Wednesday morning and we had a lake day on Saturday) and everything was planned perfectly in less than 24 hours. I thought we blew it by calling so late but they hustled and got the whole thing done quickly. All details were settled by the time I got to Nashville and everything was handled with the personal touch of the ownership. This company was awesome and probably plan some wild bachelor/bachelorette parties too but we were just a group of guys looking to do a boat day on the lake (highly recommend) and that was just as fun. Our driver Nathan, or "NateDog" as we referred to him, was a bro and the perfect man for the job. He took us for some cliff jumping and tubing before bringing us to party cove, a sandbar on the lake where you can stand, drink, and mingle with other boaters. Plenty of women, men, locals, tourists, whatever you're looking for, or just hang on your boat if you prefer that. NashVegas provides everything from gas to beer & alcohol to food & water to sunscreen & towels. We also had great speakers and were blasting great music the whole time. Just bring good vibes and your liver, everything else is provided. Best part was that Damon was there himself in the boat next to us. He had his own crew so we all linked up and partied together, but he was also constantly making sure everything went well for both groups. Bottom line, if you prefer some out of touch/corporate staff that would rather set up your event and then never see you again or be bothered with anything once your check clears this is not for you... but if you want to hire a company that will treat you like close friends catching up on old times as much as customers, and has no problem sticking with you throughout the whole process to make sure you have a good time (for a reasonable price by the way), look no further than NashVegasVIP and ask for Damon. We had the BEST time on our boat day NashVegas VIP planned!! They had EVERYTHING prepared for us- it was so nice to fly into Nashville for our Bachelorette Weekend and not have to worry about bringing extra supplies! NashVegas had/planned everything from the driver, the boat, the lake, sunscreen, towels, lunch, more than enough alcohol, floats, music, etc. Also, our driver was AWESOME and made our time on the lake super fun- we definitely had the party boat and people at the cove came towards our boat for the good music :) I would 100% recommend using NashVegas VIP for any of the services they plan.. We chose Nashville this year, for our annual guys trip. I'm so glad we found this company. Coordinating 10 guys from all over the country can be a huge pain, if you've done it before you know what I'm talking about. I've personally only been to Nash one time, and for the rest of the crew, 0. So I decided to get some assistance this year. Damon and his team basically lined up everything for us; house rental, restaurant reservations with dining credits, a day on the lake, access to unique bars, and a private bourbon & cigar tasting. We even had our own personal driver and VIP Host all weekend. I recently hired Damon and NashVegas VIP for an "adult" bachelor party in Nashville. The bachelor is in his mid-40s so the agenda was going to look rather different than your average bachelor party given our age. I spoke with Damon multiple times on the phone to completely customize the experience and he could not have been more helpful along the way. Damon and his staff are easy to work with and reliable. Planning a bachelor party from another state can be tough, especially since none of us had been to Nashville before, but Damon does a lot of research upfront to make sure your outing is exactly what you want it to be. His hosts are accommodating and a lot of fun. Nashville is a fantastic city and they know what to do and how to have a good time. We came in Thursday afternoon and stayed through Sunday.
