For our final stop on our way home from Chicago, we decided to finally check out Raising Cane's…read more We popped in just before lunchtime and the place was already about half full with hungry folks like us. I noticed an option to order on a self-serve monitor, so I went with that and got three chicken fingers and the Cane's Sauce. I hit the bathroom and by the time I got out, my food was ready. And wouldn't you know it, but it was seriously delicious. The chicken was obviously freshly fried because it was piping hot, and boy did it ever hit the spot. The breading is perfectly spiced and that sauce provided a tasty, tangy accompaniment. I'm a little sad that Raising Cane's hasn't come to Canada because they're obviously serving a superior product.

I placed our order online, thankful that I was able to use Apple Pay on their site, and we stopped in ColdStone right next door. By the time we were out of ColdStone (about 10 mins), our food was ready! This location is on the corner of the street and has a walk up window. Super convenient! I was easily able to pick up our food without having to go inside. The food itself was hot and fresh. I ordered a Box combo and he got the Caniac combo and I actually got more pieces of chicken than he did! The chicken itself, flavor wise, could use a bit more seasoning but the Cane's sauce and the Texas toast definitely help it. The menu is very simple which makes it pretty easy to order. You basically decide how many pieces of chicken fingers you want or a sandwich haha. Definitely wouldn't mind coming back here for something quick to eat!

I hate to give reviews like this but this experience was completely awful from beginning to end…read more $20 for a combo meal with a chicken sandwich, fries, and a fountain drink. It took over 30 minutes to get my order ( after waiting line an additional 20 minutes). The chicken was so dry it was like jerky there was a couple parts that were so crunchy I thought I bit bone. I even pulled it out of the sandwich and tried to eat it as a chicken tender. The ranch had so much Dill in it it tasted like tartar sauce and not ranch. There was a small dollop of macaroni and cheese (mushy as all get out!) on it definitely not what they show on the picture! The fries were soggy and tasteless. The bacon on the sandwich was barely cooked it was flabby. My friend got the bowl with the macaroni and cheese base chicken tenders bacon and green onions he had like three pieces of chicken small cut up it was ridiculous. The service was terrible. I saw three people bringing their orders back when I was waiting in line and I wondered why, now I get it! I will never go there again and I was really disappointed because Guy is one of my favorite people and I really thought everything looked great on the menu but what you get and what you see up there on the signs are definitely not the same.

I wrote this part of the review two years ago:…read more I can see a place like this expanding very quickly. The customer service is so noteworthy I came here to write a review, which I seldom do. 9.7/10 The food is phenomenal. If not the best Nashville hot chicken sandwich I've had--it's at least in the top 3 nationwide You can tell the employees here actually care. The cashier literally RAN my order to me, while I stood out in the parking lot "tailgating" Watching the cooks, it's actually interesting to me how noticeable it is that they're invested in the quality of their work. Body language alone shows it. But the execution on this menu is genuinely perfect. If I owned this and was in the green, I'd be so thrilled with my crew. They do their job PERFECTLY. Today, I visited again-- same employee with the same great customer service brought my food out. I tried something new-- the rooster... and although they missed my caramelized onions-- this place provides such a great experience that I don't WANT to complain about it. The sandwich is fire, but I need some oniony balance for my sweet candied jalapeños. Good shit you guys. Please come open up shop down south of the state line. We need better chicken down there!

The fried egg was perfectly cooked and the house gravy is tasty. The chicken is crispy and so flavorful. The Nashville (nashy) seasoning has a nice kick to it. Not overwhelmingly spicy but definitely a good kick. I ordered a small which is pretty big. I can't wait to try other menu items. I have a feeling that this place will be come my new favorite spot. The service is quick and friendly.

I'm not sure if Nashville Hot Chicken is a rebranding of Blazin Coop which has other locations in…read moreSE Michigan. It's surprising to me that the name hasn't already been trademarked as the label is very generic and frequently used around the country. This chicken shop was located on a busy stretch of Michigan Ave in South Canton. Plenty of parking was available in the lot, and the inside could seat well over 50 customers. Like a lot of other similar businesses, there was colorful and cartoonish decor on the dining room walls. Four menu screens hung behind the service counter. Main entrees were displayed on the left two screens. Four combos were on the first, and a la carte items (e.g. grilled cheese, loaded fries) were on the second. Drinks, desserts, and party packs were listed on the right two screens. Six levels of spiciness were available from Country to Blazin which required a signed waiver. The 2 Pc Tender Basket was my selection. The order contained two tenders (mild spice was my choice) on top of a piece of white bread, crinkle cut french fries, sweet pickle chips, and a cup of coop sauce. The last item was similar to remoulade. I liked that the pickles weren't sour as most places serve. The issue was that the breading did not adhere well to the chicken pieces which were also small compared to the standard at hot chicken places in my hometown.

Well that has changed with the opening of this restaurant off Michigan Ave and Beck Rd in Canton. The place is vibrant, colorful and edgy. The employees are courteous and the food I had was delicious. My only complaint is that the portions are not that big when compared to the prices, but the flavors are all there. The banana pudding is also a must try. If you've been to other hot chicken places this joint doesn't really stand out. However given where it's located I'm more than happy to stop by regularly! On side note I got their regular "hot" chicken and I thought it was the perfect amount of heat for me!
