I noticed an option to order on a self-serve monitor, so I went with that and got three chicken fingers and the Cane's Sauce. I hit the bathroom and by the time I got out, my food was ready. And wouldn't you know it, but it was seriously delicious. The chicken was obviously freshly fried because it was piping hot, and boy did it ever hit the spot. The breading is perfectly spiced and that sauce provided a tasty, tangy accompaniment. I'm a little sad that Raising Cane's hasn't come to Canada because they're obviously serving a superior product.

I was pretty disappointed then but when we came around this time, I was so happy that they changed it for the weekends. The staff were all so nice and helpful. This location is slightly different- I like that the Troy location has a few extra utensils on each table (extra paper plates, chopsticks, forks, gloves). They gave us a couple extra napkins but they were pretty small (napkins used for drinks). We ordered the kimchi fried rice- which is always delicious and pretty consistent. And a medium (16 pcs) Gangnam style- our favorite. Yes, it's pretty pricey but the chicken is worth it! It is definitely better enjoyed at the restaurant, so the chicken doesn't lose its crisp.
