I have never had to deal with the IRS before and to be honest they were pretty relentless and unforgiving. After getting the run around for months filing endless paperwork that I had no clue what it was or even how to navigate process, the interest was compounding on top of what was already owed. Finally, I decided to seek help and stumbled across Chris and Chris Management. After speaking with them about my issue, I was instantly put at ease. I signed a few pages giving them the right to work with IRS on my behalf and I was done. The navigation of the system must be second nature to them because in the matter of a week I was receiving letters from the IRS with restructured lower interest owed and some other legal/financial jargon that once again did not understand. I was told by Chris and Chris to ignore and that he had it all under control. A week and a half later I was beside myself when after everything was said and done, my about owed to the IRS was around than 15% of what they originally came after me for. The amount of effort that had to go in to that I can only imagine was time consuming. After one phone call to the IRS I wanted to pull my hair out.
