My experience with this company was traumatizing. I could have ended up in jaiI due to their negligence & lack of communication. Each month my business was charged top dollar ($150-195 a month) to have the preparer Kym provide me with not much more than a profit & loss spreadsheet. My federal taxes were (never) filed or completed properly in the coarse of 4 years. At the end of each business year, I was charged $600 in addition to the monthly fee, to file my annual Federal tax return, not once was excepted by the IRS. This company failed to inform me or explain in any way that by law I was required to have a (State) retail sales tax account in order to run my business properly. I gave this company full access to my bank accounts and told them to tell me what & when I needed to write a check. In my opinion the Westcross Company took full advantage of me. The fact that I was a new business owner & didn't know what questions to ask. I trusted them with my business, I trusted them with my money & my life. I acquired almost 9k in penalties by the time I got a call from the Dept of Revenue and finally fired Westcross. After, all was said, I was given a bogus explanation as to why this was not their fault.
