I called both and asked for an estimate for a tree that had fallen in my yard. Both said they would send someone. Of the two, this business had someone out to my place in an hour. The other guys took 2.5 days. Of the two estimates I received, this one was 50% less than than the competitor. The work I wanted was rather simple so I went with the cheaper estimate. About two hours after I emailed them I wanted to commit, two guys with a chainsaw and a truck showed up at my house to do the work. I was quite surprised by the quick turn-around and the quality of the work was as good as I had hoped for. The only confusing bit for me was the billing paperwork and employees who showed up to do the work all displayed "Parke Tree Company" which doesn't match the business name here but since everything went so smoothly I haven't thought anything of it.
