2nd response to Natacha: You did the right thing by removing the lies you posted about me yesterday and saying communication from you would cease. So I'm disappointed you decided to put some of them back up again in an attempt to further destroy my character and negatively influence how businesses perceive me on this platform. As a result, I will begin to peruse this matter legally. 1st response to Natacha: I will be looking into legal options for the lies and defamatory statements you have publicly made about me. Everything you said is a lie, and I can prove it. I NEVER said I didn't want to pay for a consultation. I asked for the price so I was prepared with the money when I got there. You responded saying you'd waive the fee without me saying anything. I will post screenshots to prove you are lying. I also didn't refuse to take off my hat. Why would I come in for a HAIR consult and not wanna show my hair?? My hair is NOT damaged and I will post a pic taken the morning of our appointment. It's 22 inches and incredibly healthy. Worst of all, you spread lies about me having open sores on my scalp?? That is not only a bold-faced lie, but it's disgusting and incredibly defamatory. Just because I gave you a bad review that you deserved, you attack me personally? You absolutely did NOT spend 1 hr and 35 minutes with me. YOU were over 10 minutes late for our 2:30 appointment while I waited outside in the sun. I'll post texts to prove that too. How was I there for 1 hr 35 when I went in at 2:41 and I left at 3:04? That's 23 minutes, which is shorter than our 30 minute consultation time. How dare you! This is proven further since you texted me at 3:09 PM with the name of the hair supplier AFTER I left. I will prove it yet again by posting the text I sent a friend telling her I was still waiting 10 minutes past our appointment time. Still wanna stick with that lie about the time Natacha? When we were done talking, you even looked at your phone and said "oh perfect timing, I have a client in 5 minutes". Please Natacha, pull up security footage from Salon Republic and show the world how fast I left. Our encounter left off on a friendly note with me NOT verbally attacking you and me NEVER begging you to do my hair. You said you'd text me the name of the hair place you recommended. Why would you text me that AFTER I left if I was verbally assaulting you and got kicked out? Please show the footage of us in good spirits and talking friendly while you validated my parking ticket Natacha. You NEVER referred me to a dermatologist either, another lie. You said you wouldn't do the weave because I wouldn't like it. Point blank period. No conversation about the condition of my hair was ever had because there is NOTHING wrong with my hair or scalp. You never even looked at my scalp, just ranted about how you thought I couldn't afford hair. You also never told me you were rejecting me as a client. You said to let you know when I found an extension place I liked, validated my parking, and said "let me know. And that's the God's honest truth. I'm sickened you have chosen to attack my character and even spread lies about my health. You can't make up lies without repercussions. Again, I will be seeking legal advice for these libelous statements you have made. It's egregious and I will do what I can legally to protect myself. (Original Review) I saw Natacha to consult about tape-ins but leaning towards a full sew in so I can protect my hair while I grow it out. Once I asked her about the weave, she told me that she wouldn't do it on me because, in her words, "I don't think you would like it." Hmm... I thought it was up to me to decide whether or not I would like it? I did my research prior; I didn't show up ignorant, but I was treated like it. She then made it seem like the cost of the hair required was going to be a lot, as if that was a problem, which it wasn't. Didn't even matter since she already said she wasn't going to do it, but I was offended she thought money was an issue while knowing nothing about me. When discussing tape-ins, she said she doesn't offer maintenance on them because she can't charge what she feels she should. But she offers application of them...then what? Your client has to go elsewhere after that? Doesn't make sense. I was quite annoyed at that point and eager to leave. Because of this experience, I feared approaching other stylists for a sew in out of fear of rejection. I then saw another stylist and went with a technique I hated and wasted money on hair and services. Fed up, I contacted other stylists to do what I originally wanted. Luckily, I've found many amazing stylists who are more than willing to do my weave without hesitation or false assumptions. There is nothing wrong with my hair and no reason why I was told "no" other than Natacha's desire to think she knows more about me than I do. This should never be how you approach a prospective client, or anybody at all. I do not recommend her. read more

Since then we've gone completely blonde (even with my red undertones), balayage, and back to jet black plus a totally new hairstyle cutting more than 12 inches! Every time we do a new hair color or cut my hair would always remain super soft, shiny, healthy, and results with minimal (if any) split ends. What I love most is that she builds trust with her clients. She isn't a person you go to once for the fun of it. She presents quality in both her service, products, and honesty with every session. Natacha is AMAZING!!! I decided many months ago to get a weave as a protective hair style to let my natural hair grow out. After searching for about a month, I found Natacha thru a referral, and lord am I grateful!!! This was my first time embarking into the world of weaves, so I was nervous about how natural it would look and the comfort level of a sew-in. Before I made my actual appointment, Natacha brought me in for a consult and discussed the weave process with me, how it would protect and grow my hair under the sewn-in, and how the leave out would also be cared for and protected. After almost 2 hours of answering all my million and one questions, she gave me suggestions of where to buy good weave based on the style I wanted (I asked because I hadn't the slightest clue) and booked my hair appointment. Fast word to appointment day...I was so excited based on the initial consultation, and Natacha DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I was extremely pleased that she books appointments one person at time, so you don't feel like your waiting forever in between for others to get their hair done too. Natacha made the entire experience pleasant, talking to me about what she she was doing the entire time. Once she was done, I couldn't believe how F-ING AMAZING my hair looked! (Que 45 minutes of selfies and videos) She did an outstanding job at not only laying the weave flat so my hair didn't look bulky, but blending my leave out seamlessly. MY HAIR LOOKED GOOD! Natacha is nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. If I could give her 11 stars, I would. Her services are: 1.DETAILED & THOROUGH. She is a perfectionist in all the good ways you'd want. I was so afraid to get my weave 2 weeks before my wedding because I was afraid it would "look fake" but she re-assured me with her professionalism, sincere caring attitude and confidence in her own craft. She promised it wouldn't look fake and usually I'm skeptical about these things since most women in LA don't know how to "close up" a weave but let me tell you--SHE KNOWS HER CRAFT and puts in the necessary time it takes to assure her high quality. For example, she will book 1 client a day so she can take her time and make sure everything is to your satisfaction. She is so detailed and thoughtful that she'll even explain to you the method behind how she lays the braid down in your hair (she lays different sections down in different directions) so when the extension falls, It doesn't fall as one big unit giving away it's fakeness. When I toss my hair side-to-side, it has a natural fluid movement to it. She is a masterful architect when it comes to braiding up your hair before she weaves in the extension. And not only that she is an expert colorist. All day girls from the other salons were coming in to ask Natacha for advice on coloring. She gave me a beautiful Jennifer Lopez blonde/brown which I know people pay big $$$$ to achieve, but since she gets how color works and doesn't cut corners, she gives you real quality. 2. PROFESSIONAL: Natacha is very responsive and always got back to me within the same business day. She is also always on time, communicative if she was running behind schedule and very pleasant to be around and talk to. She said she would follow up on my hair after I left to make sure I was taking care of it properly and to make sure I still liked it. She followed through on everything she said and even gave me a run down on how to manage and take care of it properly. 3. THOROUGH: SHE DOESN'T CUT CORNERS. AMAZING COLORIST. AND 4. MASTERFUL: She spent 10+ hours coloring and weaving in my hair to perfection. Not to mention the countless hours she put in the night before coloring my extensions which she also has a masterful thoughtful technique to this too. I had hoped to find a great stylist that I could consistently go to. My consultation and initial appointment were great; however, after having her do my hair the first time, it has become obvious that I am no longer a priority. When contacting Natacha for a few styling tips and telling her that thread was visible in the front of my hair, she had an attitude and continued to tell me that I was being difficult and had "unrealistic expectations ". I shouldn't be surprised that she behaved this way, considering how poorly she talked about her difficult, rude, ratchet celebrity client Keyshia Cole and her entourage. She then continued to tell me how she regurly charges Keyshia Cole $1,500 in hopes of losing her as a client. Beware, she will be very pleasant and helpful initially, but, that will change the minute you pay her and leave her shop. My expectation was not to be treated poorly if I have questions or need to make a follow up appointment, especially considering the $$$$$ she charges for her services.
