At first, I thought she didn't know who I was as they had not met us. They had only met our son and daughter in-law. However, after being informed by my husband that I wasn't just some hired photographer, that I was in fact the mother of the groom. The rudeness continued. The other hotel chain in the area was booked for the night, so I hadn't planned on staying here originally, but I look forward to returning. For a few dollars more a night I was able to get a king size bed, a little living room, and a kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge and freezer. Wifi was free - and fast. I was able to download a season of Mad Men while on skype and checking email. It isn't the most modern place as decorations go, but it has definitely been freshly painted and is well kept. Food recommendations were perfect. You can't beat the price. The staff are very friendly and are willing to go above and beyond for you. I went out to dinner and had a few drinks so I walked home -- the manager offered to let the local police know where my car was so it wouldn't get towed!
