I cranked up the air conditioner and stayed warm under the covers and over slept! The fitness center was loaded with everything I needed for a complete workout and I took a swim in the pool. The pool was clean and warm and they provided pleanty of towels. In the morning I had eggs, toast and a homemade waffle for breakfast they also had cereal, oatmeal bagels, omlets muffins and loads of other things to eat. The location was great being right near the highway and there was pleanty of easy shopping near by. I will definitely stay here again!

There isn't much going on in Bluffton, but if you have to have a spot for a night (and I did) this is your best bet. Check-in was fast and not overly chatty...I value that. Clean lobby, nice looking exterior, very clean room! The room had a new TV and a big comfy king bed. At some point, there will have to be new carpet and new bathroom stuff. For $75 or so a night, it's fine, though. I had to be on the road bright and early, so I can't really say anything about breakfast.

We asked to be compensated and they refused. We also Paid a deposit for our service animals and they refused to refund it cause according to them there was damage in the rooms which there were not. We even cleaned and vaccum the rooms. Be aware. They are greedy and for 2 extra days it cost the same as the whole week we stayed. To our knowledge, the only place his full name would have been provided was during the check-in process when identification is required. This situation raised concerns for me about how guest information may be accessed and used. While I cannot speak to the hotel's policies or intent, this felt unexpected and inappropriate from a guest perspective. Personal information shared for booking and check-in purposes should remain private and not be used for personal contact. Because of this experience, I would be hesitant to stay here and would encourage the hotel to review its privacy practices and staff boundaries.
