I tried explaining my family history of Stomach cancer, and Olga Fernandez, ARNP, refused to schedule an Endoscopy. Instead, Olga ordered medication for my gastric reflux because of symptoms I described. Thank God I found another Gastroenterologist, who performed my Colonoscope and Endoscopy, and found several, Polyps in my Stomach, which were found because they had the clinical knowledge to order my Endoscopy, which is as important as a Colonoscopy, and equally Life.-Saving. I have been a Registered Nurse for over 34-years, and I do not have confidence in Nurse Practitioners, that work in place of Medical Doctors In Specialty areas.

I just can not believe the kindness, concern, and help you gave me. I am on 16 different prescribed medications and 6 over the counter supplements and have not been to see her in almost a year because of Medicare and money issues and she went over everyone of them one at a time, I am just so surprised that someone who sees patients all day everyday can still be so nice and treat me like I am her only patient.

Avoid this place seeing the nurse practitioner telling her my symptoms she claim to see about next…read morevisit was ignored provided MRI that were ignored and handed the copies back to me didn't go over anything stated she doesn't need them reordered images wity different diagnosis not focusing on what was really bothering as we discussed in first visit that was ignored every visit never followed up on the images they ordered not knowing one was approved an one denied lost like no one reach out to them when it's your job to follow up with the insurance they have the door wide open during your visit don't do blood pressure when this is a pain management saying follow up with your primary never knew that front desk is rude ask for my records charge me $25 instead of by the page didn't know what to say when ask if it's 1.50 or 2.00 per page which u can pay for what u want she couldn't tell me the price without needing a calculator then said 2.50 an still not getting them for me from what an previous pain doctor sent which they wouldn't allow me to make a appointment to sign a medical release form said I wasn't a patient but that's how u get records from a doctor is to sign a release form she gave me my medical records from them for free but nothing but lies saying my meds isn't working I have no side effects which is a lie with one of my medications they changed my meds from what I usually take for lower pain medication which didnt help at all found a new diagnosis she never mentioned which I never was diagnosis with before ask for an hip injection was ignored months waiting for authorization which never needed but an appointment thanks for me calling my insurance because they never follow up on your care they told them to schedule an appointment for me as they receptionist got rude when ask why no one look into this saying we making it now like if i never look into it ot was basically ignored when went to the apt I was called in the back the assistant said just said lay down I ask for something to cover me an bomb Dr Leano walks in never met the guy or seem him after 3 visits start yelling at me why im asking for something to cover me and asking questions about procedure git mad both yelling at me he finally said to just reschedule like I just took off im here now he walked out leaving me crying while the receptionist comes with water like im in pain needing relief then come back saying im over talking him when he refuse to cover a woman up as the procedure required you never introduced yourself nor went over anything my mri was also sent same day front desk claim they have request it like not true when I'm telling her they sending it today which it was already there the doctor could of went over it since he was doin injection to get further information which an hip xray was ordered an lumbar they lie really bad in your medical records about everything to drug screens nothing never was discussed what was written in my records even why shd couldn't exam me causd i wore a backbrace coming from work shd even wrote pending mri when one was approved how would u know when nobody followed up even on an injection when I told this lady just was ignored even meds were sent days later after my visit which she knew wasn't even helping me this is unethical unprofessional an to a patient health even another review i read said similar in 2023 about lying i should of read reviews first seen like a common thing this office does i would not be returning new doctor get your records for yourself an trust me you'll be surprised
