Full Brazilian, full legs and underarms. It feels amazing not having to shave or wax. The procedure is pretty painless and so fast. I'm in and out. The product line they use is great too! My sister is a surgeon so I usually have her prescribe me retinol (spoiled, I know) but I decided to try the vitamin A they have from Su Skin. It's amazing! Told her I normally receive 40 units so she placed 40 units. Technique was different than what I'm used to, but figured maybe that's a good thing. After about 3 weeks called Natalie to let her know there was obviously a problem. Told her my forehead looks like i didn't have anything done. Very upset as had an important event the next weekend! She told me the PA is an independent contractor and to contact her, nothing she could do. Called the PA and she said I will need 10 more units to touch me up and smooth me out. Prepaid for laser hair removal for my wife and after all treatments were completed all hair was still there. They offered to do more treatments, but at additional cost. I don't think so - you already got me for over $3,000.00 and had her do treatments for over 6 months. A complete rip-off and waste of time better spent elsewhere. I have been doing laser hair removal here on my armpits for a few sessions now and i cannot believe how fast the hair has stop growing! I was very hesitant about getting a Brazilian laser done because of all the reviews i have read about how painful it is, but i finally decided to give it a go and wow! I do not take leaving a negative review lightly. However, I am appalled at what I just experienced with Natalie, the owner. I sat down with her and agreed on a package and terms and purchased a couple of expensive products. I ignored my gut instincts about her which was my first mistake. I'm sure she will come on here with some witty reply that is full of lies JUST LIKE HER. This woman is extremely pushy and is all about the hard sell. It is never enough. She seemed willing to agree to anything to get me to agree to purchasing a package of 3 face tightening treatments. She said if I purchased the dermaplaning that she would give me the first treatment for a price and then the 2nd two treatments for $80.00 each. The staff knew this when I spoke with them on the phone about my second treatment. But bc I had to reschedule twice once within 24 hours she went back on our agreement. They do what they want here. Nothing they say can be trusted. When I asked if I would be charged a fee to reschedule they told me not if I came back and got the treatment. The first time I rescheduled was in advance but Natalie decided she would charge me $50.00 for that too. So, a treatment that was supposed to be $80.00 ended up costing me $250.00. She threw out arbitrary numbers for fee's like she was pulling them out of a hat. She told me that I could come sit down with her and talk about paying $500.00 for a package of 6 which after selling me a package of 3 she now decided I needed 6 or she told me she would charge me $150 for the face tightening and $50.00 each for each time I rescheduled. She stood there at the front desk arguing with me. I was in shock and just wanted to leave so i gave her my credit card. She is a pathological liar & money hungry. Her poor staff seem nice enough but I don't know how they put up with her incredibly enormous EGO. Keep in mind, this woman lies through her teeth so whatever creative reply she comes up with here is a big lie. Seriously Natalie? You are saying that friends of disgruntled ex employees are on here giving you false reviews? Oh, and your competitors? PLEASE. Why are they disgruntled?? Good reason I'm sure. Beware that Natalie may deceive you. To me, it seems as if she will do anything to make a sale. My skin suffers from hyperpigmentation specifically around my eye area and upper lip. I went to her with this problem. I told her my issues and while she wasn't rude she did not come off sincere or concerned. Instead she appeared more pushy. Her pushy-ness only continued when she went to sell me products. She convinced me the only way to solve my problem was a skin bleaching product and better sunscreen. I told her I knew sun was already an issue and had spend $50+ on extremely nice well researched sunscreen at Sephora. She assured me my sunscreen would not be adequate because the sunscreen she was trying to sell me contained zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. She claimed these two necessary ingredients to protect against hyperpigmentation could not be sold to someone unless written by prescription. Her exact phrasing. Making it seem like I must see a doctor in order to obtain sunscreen with this in it. I trusted her and bought her sunscreen. I went home and looked at my sunscreen i had bought at Sephora. She was correct that my Expensive Sephora sunscreen did not contain those two ingredients she claimed I needed... yay! No yay, after googling i found, I could buy sunscreen with these ingredients almost anywhere online! Im the person to buy local regardless of a deal, but i can't stand flat out lies. I could even buy makeup with these two special sun repelling ingredients at Ulta!! Some did not as high of a percentage as the sunscreen i purchased from her, but she still could have been less pushy and told the truth.. that these ingredients can be found elsewhere but not to the levels that i needed. However instead I was told, no one else sales it without a prescription.... On top of all of this I had mentioned in the beginning I was interested in laser hair removal.. she offered me a decent price on laser hair removal for my lip that I felt was a decent deal on the spot with, so I went for it! She gave me my first treatment. After discovering her deception about my sunscreen I decided to get a quote from ideal image and their opinion about laser hair removal. Without ever mentioning my consult with Natalie, my ideal image consultant took a closer look at my lip (which had grown in by now since it was 4+ weeks later) and said "the hair on your lip is not dark enough (I'm blonde) for laser hair removal to work." Natalie never mentioned this once to me when checking my lip and pricing me. She never even mentioned it was a possibility it could not work! She obviously pressured me with a good deal into getting a treatment that I was expected to go back for 5 more times and pay for five more times to complete the full process... that she either knew i would see no results with or there was a chance it could fail in the results area... that's if she's as informed and educated as she claims to be. While I wanted to be in love with this place, Natalie's deception and pushy sales attitude is not something anyone deserves to deal with when making a decision that involves their health since skin is linked very closer with health. Especially when you might not be making decisions with the correct information.... just her version of information/truth. If you intend to visit her office make sure you bring your phone with you and it's fully charged to google any advice given to you. I would also get a second opinion on if laser hair removal will actually work for you if you have lighter hair before letting her deals grab you. Also she offered me a cheaper price if I paid in cash and if I paid for all of my laser hair treatments up front. (6 total she recommended) thank god i didn't since we found out, with my light hair i wouldn't receive results. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but maybe I should be contacting someone higher up since usually offering incentives to pay in cash means the business may be trying to avoid paying required government fees. read more

I give this place only 3 stars because I am disappointed in how they worded their Groupon for laser hair removal. I was under the impression a "full Brazilian" treatment could be added for an additional fee to the "medium" area groupon for $200. Onwas shocked when I found out the fee was $1100! That's a little more than an addiional fee. I did love the office vibe, very nice and treated me very well. I went ahead and bought the package but I'm fairly certain I will not be going back. I must agree with Darla T, 2.26.19 The spa décor is mediocre, the staff friendly on the surface, but I get the distinct impression they are terrified of the owner, Natalie, who seems like a tyrant. My first visit included a consult with Natalie, who told me about her micro-needling special, which is usually $700, now only $350. Sounded good to me so, I purchased the special. I had my micro-needling done Thursday 2.27.20 and returned yesterday to have the exfoliation done. I also purchased some products, so at check-out the total exceeded $225.00, which shocked me. I informed them that I purchased the package at $350 and already paid for it last week. Well, everyone is acting terrified and whispering, we have to ask Natalie. Natalie then invites me into her office and we go back and forth on what she told me and what she actually meant. At one point, Natalie, very snarky like, says, "Well, what would you like me to do to make you feel better?" I responded, honor what you told me last week. That's when her entire attitude changed to uglier. At any rate, Natalie, a little business advice: It's more expensive to get new customers than it is to keep customers.
