I wanted a second opinion - I wanted to take my van to the tire place I normally buy tires from - (The price is less important than knowing I'm getting a quality tire). They did give me my van back - I have not paid the $105 fee - but I am very unhappy with their attitude. I put on 2 tires at Arthur's and the problem was solved ... I think I will give them the $105 and never go back They have lost me as a customer. They did turn down my $105 when I went back to inform them I was no longer a customer and I would never be back.

quality of work was performed poorly. vehicle was a brand new 2024 jeep compass. took over an hour…read moreand a half to complete it the first time. as soon as it rolled out of the shop I opened the back hatch to find multiple bubbles, scratches, and the bottom corners of the tint not sticking and peeling off. looked a little harder and found a cut in the drivers door tint also. asked to have the back window removed and replaced and was met with an attitude but they reluctantly pulled it off and restarted it, told them about the front window and they brushed it off like it was normal to have a cut in the tint. I the. called the owner and attempted to explain this to him but was met with extreme hostility as he started yelling that his son knows what he's doing and i can have my money back and they can rip the tint off. he also told me that the tint on the back glass was "supposed to peel". obviously after now waiting two hours for this to be complete I was given the option for them to fix it once again. still waiting after the two hour mark to get my vehicle and see if it's done correctly. this is my third vehicle being done with this company and the 2nd one that has been messed up. not the mention the conversation with the owner defending his son (of course) and his sons work, I find it extremely unprofessional to be okay with a almost 300 tint job that is clearly done incorrectly and being rude, cussing and yelling in the phone at the paying customer. after 3 vehicles in one year and two of them being done incorrectly, (my stupidity I know) they will never have to worry about getting my business again.
