He spends a lot of time with his patients, listening to each and every problem and giving each item his utmost attention. Even if it's just a hang nail. He does a "Concierge" type medical practice. Which mean he is out-of-network for all insurances. Before you go ahead and write him off just hear me out. He is available by phone, text or email. He offers same day or next day appointments. He visits you if you have been admitted to the hospital. He has an after hours answering service where someone is always on call if an emergency arises. He only charges a $150 annual fee to be part of the practice and the co-pay per office visit is only $30. You get the "personal touch" each and every time you're seen or call. You also are able to talk to a person when you call. No automated, press 1 for English here. His office staff goes above and beyond every day to make sure all of your issues are handled timely and efficiently. Dr. Guilbault is a very down-to-earth, personable, funny, and trust worthy. He is also a Christian. It is hard to find doctor's these days like Dr. Guilbault. You should definitely give him a try!

It was coded incorrectly, and I asked them to resubmit to insurance with the correct code. They ignored me. But I'm complaining about this particular office. I understood that they couldn't see me, but they didn't have to be so rude about it. The person actually closed the window on me. I didn't raise my voice or use any inappropriate language. I was just expressing my frustration with the company.
