Outstanding. Call her and you will know. Knowledgeable, honest, knows her stuff. Highly recommendread more

The realtor was very nice and pleasant when hired to sell the family property. I feel everyone…read moreinvolved in the transaction did not dig deep enough when looking at the deed. I inherited all the contents of the house. It has been that way and talked about for 57 years. My family, knew this and did not mention it apparently. I took a family heirloom that the buyers felt was part of the house. It was a freestanding tub that was not attached to the architecture of the home. I determined I would reach out to my attorney to ensure I was correct in taking it both from a real estate point of view and from an inheritance point of view. Especially after a great deal of condescending comments were made as well as threats from individuals involved. Seems the realtor lost control of the situation and developed an attitude. Becoming more concerned about appeasing the buyers, who did not mention they wanted the tub before signing the final documents. She had an angry tone as well as hung up with a family member attempting to clarify the issue. The contract, I was told was for items not attached to the house. No where was the tub mentioned to stay with the house. The buyers did a walk through well before the closing date. Never said anything about the tub staying. There was a lot of assuming going on with the buyers and sellers, as well as the realtor. This should have been discussed in detail. All of this could have been avoided if all parties involved had kept a civil tongue in their head and kept a dialog going with me. I gave the tub back against my better judgement and feelings. I found out one day later I should have kept the tub as it was not attached to the structure. Soooo I do not have the tub and will have to spend money I don't want to spend to get back something that was mine to begin with. The seller's spokesperson called numerous times to speak with Ms. Bowman and received no answer. After multiple times she finally answered and stated it was the buyer's and the spokesperson should buy me a tub and give the buyer back the tub from the family homeplace. Totally negating the point that it was mine, and an heirloom. That cannot be appeased by a new tub. The tub needs refinishing and is only appraised at $450.00, but for some reason the buyers are pricing the tub at $4000.00. It is not worth that at all. It means a great deal (priceless) to me. It is a family heirloom and belonged to my Great, Great, Great Grandmother and passed down through the generations. It was always supposed to come to me. The Realtor's tone when speaking to an individual paying her for her services was unprofessional. Her comments were unprofessional and the language the conversation included was less than professional. I am sure she has a team of lawyers available, why not ask them instead of assuming she was right. She may not know the difference between a modern tub a claw food tub with 4 legs and not attached to the house structure. Once money changed hands, she no longer cared about anything but making the buyers happy. Why not make the sellers happy, I believe they are the ones who hired you to begin with. Couldn't even allow me to hear back from my lawyer to represent me. It all was handled poorly, attitude bad, talking at people rather than too people. Customer service was forgotten. It turned into what it always does, people can say anything they want to you and about you, but You better keep your mouth shut. I do not recommend hiring her or her agency as she will not negotiate for you after closing on the property and waiting for the monies to hit bank accounts. It becomes all about the money and her receiving her part. I give a 1 star rating in order to even post.
